Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle.
