DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! I'm writing this to share the REAL experience I had at this shop so other customers can protect themselves. I brought my vehicle here for body work. After picking up the car, multiple new issues appeared that were NOT present before, they completely messed up my car in my opinion. When I returned and asked them to look into it, instead of taking responsibility or checking their own work properly, the shop became defensive and blamed me for problems that clearly appeared right after they handled the vehicle. Later, they started making up lies and trying to blame things on the last mechanic who fixed my car. Typical deflection tactic. Throughout the process, the shop: * Installed parts incorrectly * Caused damage during their work * Denied responsibility * Provided contradictory explanations * Became confrontational instead of professional * Wrote false claims to cover themselves This shop took no accountability for issues clearly caused while the vehicle was in their care. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop for anyone who values honesty, proper workmanship, and professionalism. read more

This shop charged me around $7k, did not want to fix any dents or care about the type of work that they do, only care about $$$. Took over 4 months to get my vehicle back and when I got it back it had mechanical drive-ability issues that it didn't have before NAZ Auto Body had my car and interior components like rear window defrost, heated seats, steering linkage along with a mildew smell, they didn't even clean and detail the inside of my car before giving it back to me. I was just happy to get my baby back and to never do business with NAZ Auto Body ever again. I'd rather do business with Persons who at least take pride in what they do. read more

Had storm damage to the roof of my Camry. After talking with my insurance company, I stopped by NAZ, which is just a few miles from my home. The insurance company had tried to get me to use one of their shops which were miles away from my home. When i visited NAZ, Krystle, the customer service manager, was really on the ball. She took pictures and all the information needed right away. She was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and seemed very concerned about us and our vehicle. Krystle did all the communicating and dealing with the insurance company. Then, she arranged an appointment which would fit our schedule. When we went to pick up the vehicle, there was a slight flaw in the repair. When Krystle saw it, she wasn't about to let us take the car until it was perfect. She sincerely apologized (as did Naz when we saw him the following day). They had the car redone within 24 hours and it was perfect when we got it back. I would recommend this company. Some times things don't go exactly right with a repair job but these people go out of their way to make sure the job is totally right when you leave the parking lot. read more

These guys are total professionals. I took my 2003 Chevorlet Monte Carlo SS to Naz Auto Body and I'll admit the quotes I got from other body shops were outrageous for the work needing done. Naz, the owner, took the time to listen to what I wanted, made suggestions, and wrote a quote to which I was totally pleased. I was told I could check on the progress any time I wished and I was updated regularly by Crystal and Naz took every call from me. Victor was always there to answer questions and walked me through things as I came down. He was very adamant about replacing the old emblems on the Monte Carlo and he was spot on. I cannot say anything negative about the work, the personnel, or my car because it is beautiful. I still cannot believe how beautiful the car is considering the work that needed to be done. This company gave me a quote for 2 sevices. Asked for payment of the parts upfront. I asked for individual pricing of one of the services. The receptionist did her little math and wrote it down on a post it note. I was told to come back for service 830 the following morning. When I did so I was told they couldn't find the part for one of the services and they would have it around 12 or 1. Later I decided to only get the one service done that they said they had the part for. Unfortunately they had increased the price of the individual service and when I asked the owner how the price went up he got defensive began to shout and call me ungrateful. He also said I could go to a Lexus dealer and pay about 3 times what he was charging. So of course I just asked for my money back in which he refused to do. He only gave me a portion of my down payment for NO services rendered and a part that cost $80 for $177. I ended up taking my car to the Lexus dealer and paying less than he tried to charge. I do NOT recommend this place! read more

I have gone to him from decals to electrical issues all the way to auto body repair and not once did I have to wait for him to work on my vehicle. He starts working right away and beats all the prices around I got quotes from. They did precise decals for cheap and fixed electrical issues I was having at no cost. I Refer all off my friends here. I took my vehicle in for body work and a paint job. Within 5 minutes of my courtesy ride back home I received a phone call stating my keys were lost but within 30 minutes there were found. Initially I was told the work would be done in a week but I didn't get my vehicle back until three weeks later. I didn't have a problem getting my vehicle back in three weeks the biggest problem I had was I was the one who had to take the Initiative and call each week to be told it was going to take additional week which total three weeks it was going to take to finish the work. Then when I went to get my vehicle I looked under the hood of the engine and found tools that was left in my engine by the mechanics which could have caused major damage if I never discovered it. Then after a few weeks I had my vehicle I also discovered lock and unlock button was completely missing then after several more weeks I took my vehicle to get service at the dealership and discovered my wheel lock was missing. The paint job I received was absolutely magnificent but what I attempted to explain to the owner the great paint job isn't 100% customer service. Great customer service includes EVERYTHING!!!!!! The receptionist the gentlemen who gave me the courtesy ride and the owner and his wife have great personalities but that's just part of 100% customer service. read more

I am someone who loves, loves, loves their car. When I had a minor fender bender I wanted to have it fixed. I was very anxious about who to get to do it. I heard wonderful things about NAZ and decided I'd take it there. I could not have been in better hands. The entire staff is wonderful. They helped me navigate the maze of the car insurance world and they took care of everything. They explained what they would do in detail and patiently answered all my questions. it's been one thing after another I feel like I'm stuck in the shop almost every other week with this truck and I feel like it's only right that I let the public know of this SCAM ARTIST. He has screwed me so many times and I would never wish what he has done to me on my worst enemy . I'm honestly not even sure where to begin so I'm just gonna go ahead and start with back in July when I first met mr. Naz himself.... I had just moved to the area and was new to the county and I needed a bigger vehicle (my old vehicle a Dakota was a 2 seater and didn't suite my lifestyle) so I was in search of a bigger truck with a bigger bed and I fell in love with this bright red dodge 1500 that my fiancé had found on Facebook marketplace . So my fiancé and I decided to go check it out and that's where we met naz at his shop at 17412 Livingston RD , Accokeek, MD 20607 . We decided to purchase the truck and at the time he said it still needed a few minor things fixed to pass inspection that he said he was still working on and everything would be fixed when I came to pick it up, he allowed me to drive one of his vehicles that he had on the lot that was not Maryland inspected and to be completely honest probably were not even road worthy ... the truck he had me driving had every dash light in America on and made me nervous going down the road . He told me my truck would be ready in 3-4 days he continually texted me and said tomorrow , tomorrow , tomorrow ... finally I gave up waiting . He called me a few weeks later and said the truck was ready to be picked up , he said every part on the truck was brand new and I have a brand new truck but the inspector has not been by yet to inspect it so I would have to bring the truck back at a later date to pass inspection . He gave me the keys and let me drive off . In the middle of the night driving home from work with my high beams on a car was coming down the road so I turned my high beams off and next thing I know my head lights and dash lights completely shut off, My wiper blade motor wasn't working correctly and MY TIRES WHERE CUPPING ! Causing a slight shake driving down the road . I brought everything to his attention seeing as how all of his vehicles are "sold Maryland inspected". He then has me bring the truck back in for it to sit for several more days . Said he would fix everything and gives me a rental car with a check engine light of (OF COURSE!) KNOWING that I'm a landscaper and need my truck to haul all of my equipment I was stuck with a car. Several day's pass by and no word .... I had to start rescheduling with my customers more then once as I had no way of getting my equipment to them he told me every day to keep my schedule the same and my truck should be done "soon" . Finally I get the truck back and the same tires are still on the truck and he states that "it has passed inspection!" I was shocked but I let it go because I was so far behind on work at this point and couldn't wait another day so I got my truck back and got back to work. Several more occasions I have had the check engine light come back on and have paid naz to supposedly "fix them". On one occasion they spotted a nail in my tire and Asked if I wanted to pay to have the hole plugged I had agreed and when I went to pick my truck up the nail was still in the tire and there was no plug so I brought the truck back and they took a huge power drill bit to my tire and "plugged it" next thing I know my tire is leaking air so bad I had to fill it twice In one day. So I brought it back to naz and he tells me I have to "take it to mr.tire they can no longer fix it" . So I take it to mr.tire and they tell me that my tires are so dry rotted that they refuse to touch them (OF COURSE!) then causing me to have to buy new tires! some of the work I will credit him and say I do believe a few things were ACTUALLY FIXED at his shop but other things were NOT like my ignition coil for example I PAID him 179.14 to replace my ignition coil only to find out that they installed a CRACKED IGNITION COIL into my truck . I was told the only way that could of happened is if it was dropped . I tried to get ahold of naz to have him replace it but I never heard back from him and honestly I didn't feel like waiting "3-4 days" for him to replace something that should take under 3 hours . So I took my truck to another shop and asked naz to refund me due to the careless fact that they installed a broken part into my truck .... he says the refund will take a day so 4 days later after waiting to hear back from him I go to pick up the refund and he gives me 30.60 back I have contacted him several times and have gotten zero response. I hope he is happy with my money that he scammed me out of . I was planning on bringing my truck back to have body work done but he has lost out on that opportunity I am done giving him so many chances . His receptionist is friendly, his staff is thorough and the work they do is superb (mechanical and body work).
