From the first text, Mario was responsive and professional. Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. I highly recommend Mario, not only for the convenience of mobile service, but for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Five stars. My first experience was on a Friday as they were closing. I was shopping around to diagnose the…read morenoises due to the muffler/exhaust on my car. They were closing and I had no time to come the next day (which was a Saturday, and they have shortened hours)... I'm glad I came back. After shopping around and getting quoted between $250-$500--parts, labor, mechanic's lunch, my first unborn child (kidding, but car repairs can be expensive)-- I came back. Not only was I told, but I was showed the issue under my car. What needed to be fixed. Upon getting quoted $90, I asked if they could do it the same day. The mechanic said "Yeah we'll take care of you now!" I was ecstatic. This place is focused on service and care. They didn't try to swindle me. They didn't have to order parts. I honestly don't even know if they charged for labor. I was done AND HOME within 30 minutes. I'm a happy customer. I got a 3 year warranty on my muffler. And my car doesn't make a bunch of noise anymore. These guys know what they're doing and how to care for their customers. They're humble in their work and business. Don't let their location or their small shop fool you- they had everything to take care of me that same day.

You will be able to find it, just give them a call and they will direct you about 2 minutes nearby. I needed some exhaust work done in a pinch, called them, they said they could take me in, 20 minute later after getting lost and such, the car was up on the lift. The exhaust I purchased even though it was made for the car, had issues with fitment. The only resolution was to cut both flanges and weld the pipes together. Wasn't my favorite idea but I didn't want to ship the exhaust back and deal with a restock fee, etc. I would lose more money that way as it was and on top of it, wanted to hear out it sounded. I was quoted $80 for the labor and materials (despite how little material there was to get worked with..), and while it wasn't the best price in the world, the two workers I initially dealt with seemed to know their trade and I figured again, to save the hassle on shipping the exhaust back, restock fee, then wait for another exhaust... just wasn't worth it. So I accepted. They completed the work in under 20 minutes. It sounded great. Funny thing was, the owner came by in the middle of the fabrication work and was the one that finished welding the pipes together. When he was done, I was paying him the $80 dollars and he said,"okay man, let me get you change." (I think they are cash only) The owner was going to operate for me at a lower price. Imagine that. What a good guy - not sure if his employee was trying to rip me off or if the owner just wanted to cut me a deal, either way- I appreciated it from his end and told him that I was honest and that the other guy quoted me $80.00 so he could keep it, he thanked me and likewise, and about 45 minutes, I was already heading home. Overall, great guys, not sure about again the amount I paid, I will just chalk it up as "it could have been better, but definitely could have been worse." Would I come here again? Yes. They are a diamond in the rough.

They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I look forward to coming back when needed!
