They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The first guy I talked to on the phone wasn't very helpful but after some persuasion, Craig, the owner, got involved and offered to make it right, which he did first thing the next day. We took our car here because we were getting an engine notification to service the tire pressure system. $400 dollars later, and in unnecessary battery change later, the issue WAS NOT ADDRESSED. Think about going to the doctor with an ear infection and walking out with a cast in your leg and 400 poorer. That's how we feel. Brakes on my jeep started grinding last night. Went on their web-site to try and schedule an appoint for today, the nest day, to at least have them look at it. before they even opened got an e-mail saying to bring it in when I could. Dropped off the truck at 10 am. At around 2 pm Craig called with a quote for the rears and said I still had about 15% life in the fronts. After a couple minutes to think about it I had them do both front and rear brakes with new rotors. Said the truck would be done by 5pm. Same day. I was there at 4:45 and passed my truck going on a test drive. I went and we went over the invoice and before I could write my check he was back from the test drive. Very fair pricing I thought. Genuinely the best mechanic/repair shop I've ever been to! I came in for an oil change and alignment after having new tires placed elsewhere, and I wish I had just brought my car here from the start. Rick at the front desk is wonderful, as are their mechanics. If you're not 100% satisfied with anything, they let you bring your car back, no questions asked! Extremely reasonable prices and veryyy honest, high quality work! While I was waiting for my car, one of the mechanics found a problem in another car being serviced, where something (possibly brakes) were worn down 40%. I heard the owner ask the mechanic, "Would you replace that on your car?". The mechanic said no, so the owner said "Ok then we're not replacing it on theirs yet either". I genuinely trust these guys with my car and any diagnosis they give me. My experience - reach out to shop on facebook and ask for price quote on brake job. Person gives me a price, I make appointment to bring my car in a few days later. Arrive at shop for my appointment, show them the conversation (I believe the owner), he says "oh, no way can I do the job for that much money, I won't make any money on it.". I said, "well, your guy quoted the price, you may want to consider standing behind it and then providing him with more training. I have the parts and I'm here now. I came here after having a bad experience at a dealership where they wouldn't do a wheel allignment right. I messaged performance before coming by if they could help me out since my steering wheel was off centered and my car was pulling to the right. The owner messaged me back willing to help and to bring it by to take a look. And for $50 less than what I paid at the dealership, they fix it with no problem! I have used them for years. Craig lied to me and told me I needed front brakes, I went at my tire place and had them rotated and I asked how much front brake I had left he said plenty. I called Craig out on that and he said he got rid of the guy. Last visit they said do you smell burning because you have a valve cover gasket leak. I worked on cars when I was younger so checked it out no leak. Then he assumed I was an idiot and did not know that the flow of a valve gasket leak would land on the exhaust manifold. Love this place! Finally found a repair shop with trustworthy service. I found this place from reading positive reviews on a number of different sites so thought I'd give it a try. My husband needed a new starter in his Chevy Silverado on Columbus Day and they were able to take his vehicle in right away and fix it the same day. The price was right too and much better than the Chevy dealer. My Honda CRV needed everything, a new caliper, rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, new serpentine belt, transmission service and other regular maintenance. I was so happy with the price I paid for all that work. I know that the dealer would have charged me twice what I paid today. The service was high quality, fast and efficient. You can tell when you walk in, that Craig, the owner, really cares about his customers and his business. I have never seen a cleaner shop either. I highly recommend this repair shop!! I got in my car today and it hasn't run better since I drove it off the showroom floor 105,000 miles ago. I have found a place to keep me driving my Honda for another 100,000 miles.
