Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. The tech was quick and super helpful. They fixed my car while I was at work, making it super easy and convenient for me. The tech went above and beyond helping me to understand the issue and was not at all pushy when it came to "selling" which I see a lot at other places. They even followed up the next day to make sure my car was working and I got home safely. He also shared pics and videos of the issue and the part replacement. I love love love these mobile mechanics nobody is perfect and I don't look for perfection even though they always do a phenomenal job on my car but I value the fact that they care like genuinely they alwys treat me with respect one time one of the guys took time out of his busy work day to let my son be involved in the process, another time I had to be at school so they dropped my car off when finished and another time when I broke down and they came and jumped my car with no questions asked I literally couldn't get in touch with no one but then! Got their number from autozone called to see if they can replace 1 caliber we met at Walmart parking lot mario sent his brother . Before he started the job I asked if it's ok to zelle . He said yes go a head I zelled $225 . While he was working he said my name. I said yeah thats me he said we got it . Then he said no we didn't get it call your bank I called my back they said he should have it . He still refused they got the zelle then he told me he's putting everything back uneless I go to chase and get him cash so that's when we went to the bank gave him $225 cash they double charged me and they playing games they dodging me talking about their in Texas straight BS cause I see his brother driving around the area never ever again garbage service and I had to get my calibers checked out again he didn't even do a good job kept everything loose Stay away they love to scam not honest I'd rather take my car to the shop then deal with these crook people. It was a Sunday afternoon, our daughter was back from college for thanksgiving and her car suddenly decides not to start... Mario was here within 1 hour and had it running great again within no time. He was also able to diagnose a problem with oil leaking from the valve cover around the plugs and advised what parts I should order (saving me money) and is coming back to install them once they arrive. I called Mario's today to have from brake pads put on my car. Normally I would do it myself but health problems for the last 8 months prevent me from doing this. As I went to school for this I know what I'm doing so it kind of bothers me to have to call somebody else to do this but with that said I can say in all honesty these guys are very very good. Jose came out he was Mario's brother and while I was told that it would be at least an hour before they would start heading over they were actually here within an hour. They didn't try to upsell anything and the guys brought all their own stuff and he had the brakes done in less than an hour. When there was another problem they had me come out and he physically showed me two other problems that need to be fixed but he wasn't doing any high pressure sales and the quote he gave me while I was standing there was incredible. The price I paid to have the pads put on my car was by far better than going to any shop. I can say in all honesty I will be using these guys again and again if needed. LOL. Although I do need one of the other problems fixed in the next few weeks they will be getting the phone call without question. Now I can't say that they will be there as fast as they were for me because once people find out about their service and price they will be calling these guys like crazy.
