The waiting area was super chill, stocked with magazines and a clean, organized retail wall with everything from detailing sprays to microfiber towels (plus some dope rims on display). HOWEVER, there were 4 creases in the windshield tint directly in the driver's line of sight. Initially they were barely visible from the outside, but definitely distracting from the driver's seat. The first time I brought it back they were able to heat it up and smooth it out somewhat, to the point that there were no visible imperfections from the outside, but it was definitely still visible while driving. Keith said "I can't do it any better than that", and that there would be creases in the tint on the windshield no matter what due to the windshield's size. After he agreed to replace it, I made an appointment for a few weeks later. When I arrived for my appointment, he was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up 15 minutes late, he immediately took an aggressive tone & posture and told me that he wouldn't replace it. I asked him why he let me make an appointment to get it replaced if he wasn't going to replace it, and he got even more aggressive and began berating me. As another reviewer said, he then offered to rip it off and give my money back. I told him not to do anything and I would just leave. I then went back to my car where my wife was waiting and told her we were leaving. When I turned around, Keith had the van's driver door open and a blowtorch in his hand. I told him to get away from my property and he didn't budge. I repeated this 2-3 more times and he eventually got in my face, obviously ready to assault me. After a few seconds he stormed off, calling me a pu$$y among other things and generally cussing me out. My wife & I just got in our vehicles and left. I can't believe that a small business owner in 2023 would treat any customer this way. I never asked for anything more than what he promised, and was verbally and nearly physically assaulted for it.

Owner told me come in he will bring my car in the second I arrive. So I drove from across town he got me in immediately and saw that my front windows were scratched offered me a great deal to remove and tint the whole car. They prioritized their clients by whether it's being dropped off or waited for, which only makes sense right? Not every place does this.
