I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. Sam was great - I was in the market for getting my new Chevy Bolt polished and ceramic coated, and he was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. He got my car coated for a much lower price point than other detailers in the area, and answered all my neurotic questions regarding the details of the coating, plus maintenance steps. He also sent me images of the car during his coating process. Even after the coating was applied, Sam made himself available to answer upkeep questions and even offered to touch up the coating in an area of the car that I didn't properly take care of. His business truly went above and beyond to make me satisfied as a customer, and I'll recommend his services for anyone looking for ceramic coating on their vehicles. Thanks, Sam! read more
