Dishonest business. Had a windshield replaced and was provided an invoice with the final price and then they turned around and billed my insurance company significantly more. They assume that since the customer only pays a deductible that they can bill insurance later whatever they want. Never once did they mention any difference in cost for insurance billing. Outstanding!!! Had trouble getting a hold of the national brand company we used last time, and I'm glad I did. I figured I'd give some local guys a try, and they were FANTASTIC!!! Safelite wanted $400 for the exact same windshield, and I would have had to sit in their office all morning for it. My insurance doesn't cover it, so I'm out of pocket. These guys deliver in every sense of the word. We all know windshields don't last too long here in beautiful Colorado with all the sand and hail, so I'm putting these guys on speed dial. Ha! Lawrence from Jiffy Auto Glass was awesome!! He called the morning of the appointment and coordinated time and location and texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional and gave me a time he would be finished. This was to replace a regulator in a driver's side window. He was done at the time he said he would be done. I had another company come out last week to repair it and they said it was just the switch in the door. I was relieved but the next day when pushing the button the window slammed into the door. The regulator must have completely broke. Too bad they didn't take the time to really look at the regulator. When I called the office at Absolute Glass they couldn't repair it for another 7 days. How do you keep your car safe and drive when the window would not go up or down. The response was "I am sorry, Hun". So much for their service. Lawrence deserves a raise!!! read more

I had what started off as a small chip in the lower corner of the windshield of my 2003 Honda CR-V become about a four-inch crack, then in just a matter of two days become a much longer crack (likely due to weather changes). We had reached out to Driven Auto Glass as well as a few other local shops on Yelp and I also got a quote from Safelite. Jim was responsive and patient while I asked questions and shopped around getting quotes. Within a few days, after deciding that his mobile service offer was the best deal, we set up an appointment. I got a call from one of his technicians (James) when they were on their way to meet me on an unexpectedly dreary morning of light freezing rain/sleet. When they were about 15 minutes away, I received another call asking if I had access to a garage where they could work to avoid having the wet weather cause issues with the glue they use for the windshield replacement installation. James not only helped with pulling my car into the garage, but he and his partner also did a great job with the whole process and alerting me when the job was complete! James was friendly and polite! When I realized that I was having trouble getting my rearview mirror back in place shortly after they had left, they were gracious enough to come back 5 minutes later and get it back in place and made sure that it was nice and snug. I'm very glad I went with them and that they were able to come to me in Aurora. The new windshield looks great, the service took only about an hour to complete, the cost was quite reasonable compared to others (especially the bigger name-brand place), and it was overall a great experience that I'd recommend!
