When I sold my car, I visited the car wash in Des Plaines and requested 3 times to cancel my account from May 2025, but the car wash kept on charging me every month until Dec of 2025 and refused to credit my account in full. The customer service representative said that "Its our company's policy to only credit for 3 months" I was never told that by the employees at the car wash. Every time I requested to cancel my account the manager said that he will call the corporate office and process my request. Des Plaines location really screwed up by building it so close to residential condos!!!! Since they opened we can't open windows as the high pitched screech from the vacuums from 8 am to 8:30 ish is like a tact the government uses to make the subjects confess !!!! This place is overpriced for a terrible car wash. My rear window is never cleaned by their pads. I always have to clean when I get home. The rinse cycle does not get all the soap off either. Pads leave micro scratches on your car. Windshield is left dirty with streaks likely from the pads being dirty. read more

stay away from driven!!! this place no longer allows you to pay at the terminal when making a card purchase, instead you need to enter your card number into an employee's personal phone! this is how you get your credit card compromised and how credit card fraud is born!!! read more

From outside looks great - So I was extremely happy with the staffers in hand to help me navigate the wash - and the facility looks state of the art but my wash wasn't so clean - I know my car was dirty but there was way to much dirt remaining . Maybe it was the $8 wash and I shoulda paid more but the local one by me is the same price and gets the car much cleaner . I do have to say it's worth it just for the vacuum station. read more

I was here for their opening day a couple of years ago, not knowing what to expect as most drive-through car washes are about the same from my experiences. However, I was pleasantly surprised and have been back several times since. The service I received from the employees was top-notch and friendly. They even gave me a free car wash for Father's Day just because! Granted, you can do a better job with hand washing, but when you're in a lazy mode, this is the way to go. Not long ago it was my first experience with the car wash near my house Driven in Des Plaines. I wasn't too excited to pay the price they offered but lats be honest I needed to wash my car asap. So, if you ever not listening to your gut, you are going to pay later. So, during the wash my front windshield got damaged from the pads, so I did the report right the way as soon as the wash was finished and from the middle of June there is no responds to my calls from anyone. I don't have to tell anyone the cost of front new windshield. So please be careful and trust your Gut feeling. read more

I have a monthly membership, which is good and all, no complaints from the car wash itself, when it comes to employees it's a whole different story. If you don't have a membership they will bother you to your limits to sign up for a membership. It's almost to the point that I won't even take my wife's car there who doesn't have a membership because I don't wanna freaking tell them 18 times. I don't want a membership. Abysmal experience at the Buffalo Grove location. Downloaded the app, added my four vehicles to the app, and was supposed to have a free wash for downloading the app. Showed up at the Buffalo Grove location, and the booth attendant had no idea what I was talking about for a free wash. He sold me a $20 wash, which I reluctantly paid for. Went through the wash, parked by the vacuum stations. Vacuums worked well, not perfect, but well...BUT there was an excess of soap suds in multiple places on my car (note: this is a problem with other customers based upon review). I went online for customer service, and I was told someone would be with me shortly--but that was not the case. Hours later, there is still no reply or response from customer service. (Honestly, I didn't expect live support on the weekend--but then so so). So I am still waiting. read more

HORRIBLE! DECEPTIVE! Signed up for the "unlimited washes until the end of the year" that was advertised on the marquee in front, but have been charged each month since signing up. Horrible customer service when I called their number. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! This is absolutely DECEPTIVE! I specifically asked the salesperson when I was originally there if this was until the end of the year (not the end of the month), and if it was unlimited. The sign said "Unlimited washes until the end of the year" and did NOT mention anything about being a month-to-month charge. False, deceptive, and dishonest. I rarely post negative reviews, but I have to put my foot down on this one. They could have refunded my $40 for the last 2 months and kept a satisfied customer for life, but that will never happen now. Look at the photo of the marquee out front. It made sense that they would be trying to win customers with a great promo with only a couple months left in the year. Total BS. Total crap company and high-pressure sales team at the entrance to the wash. Too bad, too, because the wash does a great job on my car and I love the vacuums, but I will NEVER go back there again after being completely mislead and then treated like sh*t by their customer service team, who HUNG UP ON ME. The wash it self is fine. However be sure to inspect your car once you're out, for potential damages to your car. I had damage to my vehicle, from the force of the pads during the wash. The force was so strong it caused a sensor to dislodge into the bumper. I would have come out cheaper if I had gone to a hand wash facility. Needless to say they've seen the last of me read more
