Call them back. They said that they need to put a tune on the transmission. I asked them what tune they put in my truck. They would not tell me what tune was in there. All they said was they've installed thousands of these tunes in these trucks. So I took my boat twenty four foot pontoon, back and forth to bartlett, lake, a few times ship points were all messed up on the transmission. Had to manually shift it down, going uphills, called them back to find out again. Why they did not tune my transmission to the tune that they put in my truck would not give me an answer, all they said, is they have to tune the transmission to the tune? That's in the truck now. I have been calling this company for the past week. And a 1 left them, messages left them my name. And number the truck with no return phone call. Beware of what you have this company do for you? I called around 4 and spoke to Carmine and he informed me that he drove it and that he was going to have someone else drive it and if I could leave over night because he closed at 5:00pm. No rack diagnosis, No explanation, Just indifference I live quite a distance and found it farcical since he did not reach out to me at all. Waste of my time!
