Great guy, offering a wonderful service! I found this Pro German Car Service through a referral. I had leaks on my 2008 BMW X5, so I took it to the shop for a quote, which I end up leaving the vehicle after the inspection and I was handed the quote. The issues I had on the vehicle including the following: Engine oil pan casket leak, Valve cover casket leak, oil filter housing leak, and break fluid flush. The total cost was less than half ($5,600) of what the shop (also BMW repair shop) I used to take the vehicle for oil change and minor repairs quoted me for the same job. The guy did a great job in a timely manner. I very glad I found him through a referral. The owner of the shop has a great personality, very friendly with a great attitude and work ethics. Shawn and Bailey were very personable. My car broke down in a restaurant parking lot in the Evening. I got KV's # from my daughter and called them 1st thing Sat AM. They were quick to respond. Very thorough on diagnoses. It was my starter as we thought it might be. We fit the car to their place where they ordered the parts and did the work. I had my car back running like a dream within 24 hrs. I had them check my shocks while they were repairing my starter. (Another repair shop had said they were bad and it would cost $1200) KV checked them for mee and let me know the shocks were in fact fine. They were fast, thorough, and above all Honesty!! This place is the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic by far! I was experiencing a knocking noise coming from my car and couldn't figure out the problem. This is by far the best auto shop in Arizona, and quite frankly the only one I will go to. The owner, Alex, is the most respectful and honest mechanic that I have ever come across. He does all of his work by himself, and he's extremely knowledgeable, so you know that your car is in good hands. He's been doing this for almost 20 years now! I called and attempted to set up an appointment and insted of just take my info and set my appointment, the person on the other line asked "why do you think you need that again?" I told him that the service advisor at the dealer recommended the service and he kindly explained that it was just a maintenance minder and not a check engine light and offered to scan my vehicle just to make sure before charging the DIAG fee.... sure as heck, no Stored CEL codes were found and all i needed was an oil change and someone to correctly reset my internal maintenance reminder... I called asking if they could beat another shops price because of the horrible price and service at another shop. I was quoted a whopping $980 cheaper here than at the other shop. then when they actually looked at the car they decided that what I was quoted was incorrect and then quoted well under $200 total for the new and correct repairs needed. Volkan is very friendly and accommodating when my check engine light came on. I'm new to AZ so finding a new mechanic to work on my cars was unsettling. I messaged him on Yelp and in a few minutes he confirmed I could bring my car in the next day for a diagnostic. He determined that my turbo control unit could be the issue and explained that there may be more testing to be done to make sure it resolves the issue (not just temporarily).
