Their professionalism was excellent and their vehicles were outstanding and very clean. This was our first family trip to New Orleans and they made us feel like family. We rented this bus Saturday February 26th for 5pm to drive us from Covington to the super dome…read more After numerous calls and us being late to the dome finally someone showed up in a small yellow school bus at 7:30 pm. We paid for black Betty not this bus. We were late getting to the super dome because of this. The driver was very nice. Here comes pickup. We told them to be there at 3 they showed up around 4:30 with 2 unknown passengers on the bus. A very rude couple and the lady argued with me the whole ride back across the lake. We rented the bus for our own party. Not someone else's party. The woman kept on arguing and I thought i was going to have to fight her husband. Luckily things died down after he told her to stfu. Keep in mind these people weren't supposed to be on her bus. The main problems to me besides not getting the bus we paid for it was the bus being over 2 hours late to pick us up and the hour and half a waiting on them to pick us up at the dome. My wife called the owner Wednesday after Mardi Gras. He made excuse after excuse instead of just taking the blame for it. He offered us a free limo. I wouldn't take a free limo from them if they paid me to. They could have sent us some money back for this bs but they didn't. Both drivers were very nice but I would never and I will never recommend this company. I have over 10 witnesses as well.

While the bus was in transit to the wedding to take us back to our hotel, it broke down but the company was so well prepared they sent out a second bus for us and had it in the parking lot before we ever exited! (We didn't even realize this had happened until the next day when my father-in-law saw the messages he had missed on his phone about the mishap). They were incredibly professional and clearly prepared for anything! The bus itself was an absolute hoot and a holler. It was a party all the way back to the hotel and our driver Clyde took great care of us!
