I waited another 10-15 minutes on the app hoping they would reconnect me with another driver, but no luck. Then I tried Lyft and spent another 10 minutes trying to find a ride there, with no success either. At this point, I was panicking that I was going to miss my flight. I went on Google searching for transportation options, called a few places, and nobody answered. Thankfully, that's when I found NorthshoreXpress. To my surprise, they answered immediately. When I explained my situation, they calmly said, "Not a problem, a driver can do the job." They quickly sent me a secure credit card payment link, and the price was much more reasonable than Uber or Lyft. Even better, I was picked up in less than 15 minutes. The driver shared his location so I could track him on my phone, which gave me great peace of mind. The driver (who I later found out was the owner) was incredibly courteous, professional, and intelligent. He kept up great conversation during the ride, which really helped calm my nerves after the stressful experience with Uber and Lyft. We paid for black Betty not this bus. We were late getting to the super dome because of this. The driver was very nice. Here comes pickup. We told them to be there at 3 they showed up around 4:30 with 2 unknown passengers on the bus. A very rude couple and the lady argued with me the whole ride back across the lake. We rented the bus for our own party. Not someone else's party. The woman kept on arguing and I thought i was going to have to fight her husband. Luckily things died down after he told her to stfu. Keep in mind these people weren't supposed to be on her bus. The main problems to me besides not getting the bus we paid for it was the bus being over 2 hours late to pick us up and the hour and half a waiting on them to pick us up at the dome. My wife called the owner Wednesday after Mardi Gras. He made excuse after excuse instead of just taking the blame for it. He offered us a free limo. I wouldn't take a free limo from them if they paid me to. They could have sent us some money back for this bs but they didn't.
