Car wash was efficient and well done no long wait and they went well beyond the expected

They charged my wife and I $30 to take a shower together then didn't even provide a second towel or wash cloths. Shower was super dirty. Charged $20 for parking. Service was terrible and rude. Would not recommend stopping here. read more

I lost my son. But he came back. Why? I don't know why. But this is a good place if you are a driver and are in fact traveling.

I called to let them know that my card information had been used at their location and I'd never been there. I was told, "Yeah that happens all the time". When I said it was manually entered the answer was, "Yeah they probably did that at the pumps". So me letting them know that criminal activity was being done at their location didn't appear to be irregular or alarming. I guess it's par for the course. read more

What kind of place closes the ONLY restroom for cleaning in the middle of the lunch rush?

This is a story that I think everyone should hear because it is a perfect example of getting punished for doing a good deed and reverse racism in today's modern times. I stopped in at this gas station late around 11 o'clock at night and noticed at the pump was a vehicle with the hood up so I asked if they needed help.I went in I paid for my fuel which was around $60 also spent 25 on other things. After pumping my fuel I asked the gentleman with the vehicle if you'd like some help and he pleadingly said yes so it took about 35 minutes to get the vehicle running and them on their way. I returned into the store to clean up because I was very dirty with my hands in my face from working on the car I asked where a restroom was because by then I had some sweat and other fluids in my eyes and it was very difficult to see so I went to the restroom and there was no water so I left out of the restroom and went back to the front counter and asked if there was another place I could wash up to which I was told on the diesel side so I walked around the counter to the truck side saw that there was a lounge area with four doors back there saying restrooms and showers all doors were open no one was in them so I proceeded to use the sink and one of those rooms 45 seconds is the longest I was in there as I was coming out he was meeting me at the end of the hall yelling at me saying that I could not be in there that he could get me arrested for that and I replied you told me to use the one on the Diesel side and he said no I said diesel pumps not diesel side. At this time my hands and face are covered in water because there was no towels or anything else to dry myself off with so I proceeded to the drink counter to find napkins. by this point he is yelling at me telling me to leave the store. I asked him why I did nothing wrong and I did you a favor by getting that vehicle out of the way from your pump. He would not give me an answer he just escalated his voice and told me to get the F out of his store and so I asked him again why am I being evicted when I did you a favor and he told me and I quoteget your aSS out of my store you white piece of trash. I am a veteran and I was not dressed in anything other than my nice pair of jeans a decent shirt to which now it was semiruined from working on the vehicle and I do not have out of place facial hair that makes me look anything trashy and I don't understand why I was being persecuted. And at this point apparently neither did three other customers in the store because they all left while they were in line saying that they would never spend money in a store like this as long as someone like that was involved with it. Even the nice girl behind the counter was apologizing to me silently and I replied to her that she did not have anything to apologize for she did nothing wrong and then she spoke out loud and said well neither did you and I don't think I wanna work here anymore but she did not walk out because I told her I'm not worth losing your job over but when I asked for the gentleman's name he would not give it. So I then went down the street to another store and asked a Nother vehicle who is stranded by the way ironically if they would do me a favor and get the gentleman's name for me if I offered to help them or pay them to do so so I got their car running pretty fast and they did their best to get his name but he would not give it to them either even though they gave no hint of wanting his name for me. I am going to try to contact corporate for this particular company to report this gentleman but all I have is a description and he is about 5' 8" tall, bald, and foreign, if I had to mention a country it would either be Egyptian, not exactly Middle Eastern but somewheres near there and that's an observation not racial profiling. I thought I restrained myself very well considering the fact that after the comments that were made to me, I probably would've been within my rights to retaliate with something verbally, possibly even physical, because he did put his hands on me once or twice trying to get the napkins that was using , trying to get the remaining chemicals that were burning my eyes. but I didn't even verbally abuse this gentleman even after all that. If anyone happens to know the name of this particular gentleman I would love to find out or if anyone happens to know where I can contact the company that gentleman works for with his name please let me know because if this is what we're coming to when someone who does a good deed gets punished the world is far beyond where we have evolved as human beings should be. read more

Me and my wife travel together and the employee there told us we are not allowed to shower together and that each shower cost almost 11 Dollars plus drivers have to pay 15 to park their trucks there, first hour is free it's 15 dollars for 24 hour parking it's a nice place but too pricey for this truck driver. read more
