By the time we noticed, we were already 5 miles away. When we called the store, we were hung up on the first time. The second time, we were told we needed a receipt--even though it was a mobile order. When we returned, the manager was extremely rude and accused us of lying and trying to get free food, claiming we had already received the steak--which made no sense since my order was sausage. She threw the food away, dismissed us, and then said "I'll give it to you this time" when replacing the order, as if we were trying to scam the store. Mistakes happen--but disrespect, accusations, and poor customer service are unacceptable. Corporate response was generic and offered no real resolution. We will not be returning to this location.
