I will not recommend drive time to anyone, drivetime uses your desperation in order to get you to purchase a vehicle with them. On the commercials they tell you that you have a monthly payment but when you get there to sign the paperwork and find a vehicle it becomes an every two week payment. I'm paying over $600 a month for a vehicle that is only worth $300 a month. Drive time needs to be honest not only in their commercials but when you first come in to look at a vehicle they need to lay down low before paperwork is done and let individuals know what the expectations are when purchasing a vehicle will drive time. I'm very disappointed and will never get another vehicle through drive time after my year is up I will be trading this vehicle in for a better rate and monthly payment. Shame on you read more

THIS WAS WEIRD it's actually taken a few years to get over it. First the dealership looks like a half empty office, small staff empty vending machines. But then it got weird. Never the same people with each visit. But then it got weird. Trying to finance the car I was first told 1 "No you can't go look at the cars in the lot, no test drive until you credit run has been approved." 2. Bring in your latest bank statement up to date to today! I did. Then came back two weeks later with the request for this months bank statement. I pointed out we were only 2 weeks into the month there wouldn't be a bank statement for this month yet. Bring us the latest I was told. I explained that since im on fixed retirement income it would not be changing. 3. Next visit, all the people from the last visit were gone. Then learned the supervising office is in Denver 4. Used their online price tool- which looked good at the time. Went in to speak to them about a car. They told me the down payment was 6x the online down payment. The tool is just a trick to get you to come in. They do not work with you. Spent 2 hours there and still didn't leave with a car after they hard inquired my credit. 99% does not get approved for what they are looking for. I actually want to give them zero stars for wasting a lot of people's time. read more

My experience from this dealership has been horrible. I financed a vehicle from here not even a month ago. When I first did a test drive in the vehicle, there were some things that I noticed about the vehicle in which I expressed that to the girl(Ariana) who sold me the vehicle as well as the manager Brian. My two main concerns were the brakes and how they made a noise and the nick on the windshield. At first the sales person told me that she was not able to fix the nick on my windshield due to it being cosmetic and that if I had concerns about the brakes that they were going to have someone test drive drive it which was never done by the way. I then asked the lady salesperson person (Ariana) to go and check with the manager about possibly getting the windshield fixed because it just didn't sound right that they wouldnt fix it. She then came back to the desk and stated that I would be able to get it fixed through their silver rock warranty company and that I would just have to file a claim. I also asked to get some kind of report reflecting that the brakes has been done and they were not able to provide anything except letting me know that the break pads were changed in Sept. when I called the warranty place to get scheduled for them to fix the windshield, they stated that they wouldn't cover it due to it being cosmetic and that if I had concerns about the brakes then I could go to one of their in service shops to have it checked out free of charge due to me still being within my first 30 days. I then called the dealership back to tell them what was stated and they acted as if they knew nothing about the nic in the window. This is completely unacceptable and I will be sure to make it my business to make sure this does not happen to another consumer who feels this place is so trustworthy and come to spend their hardworking money on a vehicle with issues that should have been fixed before selling the vehicle. It's doesn't feel good that it's happening to my family.also knowing that there are still people out here who will lie and act clueless about a situation that they were well aware of from the jump. Set up an appointment with a very professional online agent for this location. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, BRIAN wanted to go home early and did not want to take our appointment. There were multiple other agents but Brian refused to let us wait for someone else to become available and insisted that we reschedule for another time. He did not care that we had driven from across town. I'm in sales and I would NEVER let a potential sale walk out the door the way this location did. Their loss. Customer service was great when they are trying to sell u the car and wheel you in. The vehicles are horrible had one for only 4 days check engine light came on. Before we pulled off the lot my husband told them something was wrong with the tires they said they will have us meet with their mechanic. They told us we would have to get new tires and that it wasn't covered in the warranty. To even get the mechanic to look at the car it would've been almost 2 weeks later when I couldn't return the car. I knew something was wrong then. I went back to return the car on day five since we went over the miles they kept 300 dollars. If my husband did not drive it as much as he did we would've never known the check engine light was going to come on so soon. I will never go back. read more

The experience was one of the worst ever, however I suspect it was just the sales representative JoAnn who we dealt with that was horrible. She started the appointment by saying she was sick but had to be at work. Later the car that we test drove had a dead battery. When I told her I was concerned about that she dismissed it by saying "It probabley just sat two long". When we asked to test drive another she attempted to force us to complete a full credit inquiry due to "not everyone being able to afford these cars". When I challenged this practice she ignored me. When I asked her to answer my question regarding weather or not this practice was normative she ignored me. I got her supervisor who let us test drive the car but she never apologized or acknowledged her unprofessional and unethical attempts to berate and bully us. After being emailed and called almost daily for a week I decided to go take a look and see what kind of deal the dealership could do for me. Let me back up... I received multiple emails from different salesman then when I showed up to my " appoinment" none of those people were working. I then was stuck with this salesman that seemed so thrilled to be at work on a nice sunny day. He kept stating that he didnt work for commission and that he really did not care if I purchased anything or what price I wanted to pay. He then pulls around a black Kia and let me tell you this thing was terrible. Upon immediate glance I notice that the entire surface of this vehicle looks to be as if golf balls were hit into it. Little round dents. Scratches everywhere, interior was filthy, headliner was black but used to be light grey. Test drive was terrible! Asked sales guy during test drive what noises were and why it was riding like this? No answer... so I say, I think I will pass on this vehicle he says " dont matter to me what you decide". We return to dealership I told the guy to please find me something better. He then shows me my payments on something better and my jaw hit the floor! 22% interest rate and $250.00 every two weeks! That is $500 a month! Ludacris I say... I kindly picked up my jaw and said good bye. The sales guy being so kind and all just says ok.
