Told me I don't know how to prep a driveway (been doing excavation for 20 years). They say to not go with the cheapest price and they are right. He ended up being just as much all said and done. He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. The job was paid for and is incomplete. I would not recommend this business.

I would like to give an overwhelmingly positive review for Woodland Home remodeling…read more I came to Woodland for a full siding replacement, from wood to vinyl, and Woodland was incredibly responsive in helping me decide what the right options would be for my house. Ultimately, they even ended up being one of the lowest quotes - and I searched all around Rhode Island. Mike (the CEO) and his team were extremely communicative, updated me at each stage of the process. When work change orders had to be made to replace parts of the framing, He explained it to me in an in-depth, understandable way, and the changes were cheap. I even ended up asking his company to do some additional work while they were there because their work was so exceptional. The work for the entire house was done ahead of schedule, and I never really felt uncomfortable working in my house (I work from home), even though it was be completely re-constructed right under my nose! Mike treats his employees well, and sent them home during a summer heat wave, which I was super happy about; it was really dangerwous out there. Mike also supervises the work personally, although his employees are also incredible masters at their craft and don't need any correct. Ultimately, my house was completely remade and looks AMAZING. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and after having gone over the siding in detail, I find it darn near perfect.
