Had an issue with water drainage in my back yard in 2020. The decades old small brick patio and…read morestairs were sinking towards my home and allowing water to seep into my foundation. I had quotes from a few companies, but Justin's stood out. Multiple companies wanted to bring in a small excavator which would require some removal of my backyard fence (and of course a whole lot of lawn damage). Justin was confident his crew could demo the steps and excavate the area without the hassle and added expense while also ensuring the water will drain away from the house and not cause sinkage again. His pricing and plan simply beat out the competition. I also had to work with an electrician at the same time because the patio was being expanded and we had to re-work some conduit for my generator hookup. The electrician had some snags and delays, but Justin and his team rolled with the scope changes, and they were all very accommodating and pleasant. If you've had to work with multiple contractors, it isn't fun when things don't go according to plan. Know that Justin won't bring the drama that's unnecessary unlike some folks who don't have good EQ. The new rebuilt steps, expanded patio, and firepit were simply an amazing addition to my home. It's been 4 years now and I have no water problems or sinkage in my steps. I've recently hired Justin again to demo a 41 ft long concrete and rebar section of my inground pool foundation in October 2023 so my pool company can redo the underground piping. Justin's plan and pricing again beat out the competition. Justin will be back for a 3rd job in a couple months to hardscape the demoed pool foundation to kick off the summer.
