We used DRMP to install a poured stamped patio in our back yard. The patio itself is nice, however, they left my yard a construction zone. My back yard slopes quite a bit and at no time did they mention that the edge of the patio would NOT be finished off, meaning that underneath the 5-6 inces of concrete, rocks and gravel were left pouring out everywhere. They did not return any of my calls or emails and I was left to BUILD A RETAINING WALL myself!! Which has taken nearly a month so far as I spent the entire budget on the patio as is, and of course, have no flipping idea how to build a retaining wall. read more

Communication & organization is HORRIBLE! Uses other vendors to complete some of the work and also uses his own guys, he will spread himself so thin that your project will be delayed many times and may not be done in the same year, if ever. We were left with 3/4 done project that was never completed and since permits were sitting for over a year, the city started coming after us. We had to use new companies (and pay them) to finish the work and satisfy the permits. Also, one of the vendors told us that their portion was misquoted and they were out thousands - but they honored it - and we still recommend and use their services to this day because of that! read more

Mike, the owner of the company knows how to talk, but when it come time to deliver he is no where to be found. Bad communication and lot of empty promises. They don't pay their vendors and don't pay for materials which makes the vendors try to lien you property. If you hire this company watch out, they don't know how to do anything them selves Mike is just a middle man, go somewhere else Concrete Science is a great alternative. Also if you end up hiring this company watch for the extra charges at the end of the project Mike is great at inventing things. Steer clear and definitely don't give money upfront until project is done. read more

Unfortunately, I hate putting in bad reviews for companies. Actually I think this is the first one. For starters communication is HORRIBLE. I chased the owner and administrator several times for quotes, dates, times, information for months before the work was even started. The only time I would get information was if I threatened to go to another company. When ever I confronted them on things, it was a blame game. They did a nice job once it was completed, but the communication makes it not worth the hassle to go through this business. read more

We contracted with DRNP/Complete Exteriors to do a patio and pergola. A salesperson came out towards the end of April to measure and give us an estimate, he estimated end of May early June to do the job. We gave him a check as a down payment. Then started the long road of attempting to get someone to call us back. Messages - phone, text and email to the sales rep, the office number and the owner directly went unanswered - we were looking for a firm date due to prep work we needed to do. We finally got the owner (Mike) to answer his phone, he told us we were on the schedule for the following week - this was mid-May. We asked why we weren't informed and he said he couldn't make any guarantees, in case of bad weather. Makes sense, but it also makes sense to let your customer know when you can expect the work to be done. We asked to push it back, because our prep work wouldn't be done in time. From there we were given dates or told they would be in touch with dates multiple times. If it rained on the date they were supposed to come, we assumed they would be there following day when it was dry - nothing, no calls and impossible to get ahold of anyone. A worker showed up one day to prep the area and grind some roots - left a mess and didn't complete the job. We ended up cleaning up and finishing so that the area would be ready when they poured the cement. The worker also damaged our fence in the process. From here about 2 weeks passed and still nothing and again impossible to get a hold of anyone or have calls returned. The owner appeared to be avoiding us - not answering when we called from our cell phones, but picking up when I called from my work phone that shows up as generic number. Told both of us different things within minutes of each of us taking to him. After the patio was poured, stamped and sealed - we were told the pergola would be there in a couple of days - it had to be built. We had been told early in the process that the pergola was built and would be dismantled and brought over and built - it was beautiful we were told. Now - it hasn't even been built. At least another week went by and nothing - the owner told us he and his son would be there on a Sunday and build it, he would be dropping off the wood on Friday. Friday - nothing, Sunday-nothing. No calls and no answers when we attempted to reach him A guy finally shows up on a Friday with the wood stating he is only dropping the wood off - can't do the job when questioned, he said he was just told about the job that day. He comes back - starts to build it and has it fall on him and needs to quit for the day. Eventually he comes back finishes and leaves no clean up. What he left was a pergola the wrong size, not placed where we asked it to be placed, held down with cheap small brackets - the pergola literally sways with a slight push. The pergola is crooked. The owner was contacted and emailed with pictures and we never heard from him. We absolutely do not recommend this business and are amazed that someone operates their business in such an unprofessional and dishonest manor. read more

Based upon our job DRMP operated as a General Contractor. The vendors they used to complete my stamped patio install, shrub trimming and my garage floor epoxy finish did a GREAT job. However when operating as a General Contractor and not the person actually doing the work I expect excellent communication and things to happen when we are told they are going to happen. Unfortunately, we experienced absolutely TERRIBLE communication. This was shocking seeing our job was approximately $35,000. They did not show up on time they did not get things done on time and they failed to communicate applicable updates. When items needed service to correct improper install (the gas fire pit and under deck materials were not installed correctly) I felt it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix it. Though the Owner Mike said in pre-sales that they install gas fire pits "all the time" It took 3 attempts to get the fire pit correct. Mike sent his son to remedy the fire pit who gave us the impression he never worked on one before. In pre sales Mike stated that he gives SO MUCH work to other trades people that he can get them to stop what they are doing and come over to help with a job like ours as needed to get the job done on time. However when we needed a gas vendor to connect the line to the fire pit we had to end up finding someone on our own to keep things on track. Many times Mike would say something was going to get done at a specific date and when it did not he failed to communicate at all. We are still waiting for him to correct the landscaping....wow too bad! Again the vendors he uses do a GREAT job and if we had a need in the future would not hesitate to use them directly. read more
