What's really cool about this place is they'll give u a free flying lesson if u buy a drone from them which believe me is very useful since there's soooo much to learn about flying drones. These folks are great. As a newby to drones I had a lot of questions and they were very knowledgeable and answered them all. Their prices were comparable to vendors on the internet but the customer service was a million times better. I bought a phantom drone and they charged the batteries, activated the drone, updated the firmware, and gave me a class. I walked out of the store ready to fly! I was also impressed that when I walked in, they had drones being repaired, so they are not just a sales outlet. ( after I unsuccessfully tried for over 3 hours) they did explain to me how to fix it over the phone but I was done with trying to figure it out. The minimum cost is 45dollars. read more

This place has great customer service! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Crashed my drone and broke my camera so I brought it in to get a estimate, left it over night for them to diagnose the issue. Next day they called back with an estimate, ended up leaving it there for about a month due to leaving the area for work, other issues came about while it was there, some back and forth communication issues but they did everything they could do to help out the situation. I dropped by Drones Made Easy while I was in town visiting family after a very unfortunate crash. Charles originally answered questions over the phone and took in the drone. The turn around time was exceptionally quick. I came in on Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. They called about 24 hours later to say it was done. All the guys are great and willing to work with you on repairs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy amongst some difficult choices on my part. They were 100% honest with me and didn't try to up sell any unnecessary repairs. Stopped by Drones Made Easy last week to have my niece's hover board looked at. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by 2 guys in the front. I explained to them that I needed help with the hover board and they immediately called Gary, their hover board expert. Within 5 minutes, Gary came out with the hover board working perfectly.
