For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... She says he's done it to me before, and I've seen them do it to other women. When something goes wrong with the machine, he blames the user. However, half of the machines have out-of-order signs on them. She said today was her last day doing business with him too. When you come to do business in our neighborhood, you should treat us as customers. It was below 0℉ and I did not want to wash but I also didn't want to freeze to death. So here I was... They take credit cards!! Now most people would be wary to use a card in a laundromat but I was more worried about carrying cash at 3 am. Pleasant experience overall. Clean parking lot and friendly staff. The washers are huge and the dryers actually dry. Free coffee Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 11 am. There's a $5 off drop off service online. Oh yeah, this place has a website.
