Washing machines cost $5.50 a load and spacious dryers are 25¢ every 8 minutes. It was clean, had numerous rolling carts, and vending machines with laundry supplies and refreshments. No public washrooms or free wi-fi. The folding tables were functional and ample.

Since we are eating at India Palace (which is in the same plaza) anyway, we brought a laundry basket of wet clothes to throw in the dryer to dry while we have lunch. I have not used a laundromat in over 3 decades, so I cannot comment on prices. This place is very clean and nice, lots of machines but lots of customers as well. Perhaps it is not quite as busy during the week.

Came back to this place because I like that I do not need cash - just load a card worn your credit or debit - Super convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they remodeled, new floors, counters, and machines. Clean, all machines in order, and a live person working to make sure things go well. The bathroom is reserved, under lock (conveniently opens with the card), for customers so it is clean. Will be back next year.

However, they don't keep up with maintenance on the machines or vending services. I have had machines down for weeks and the vending machine was also down for that time. The latest problem was, that they have stopped accepting debit/credit cards for the last couple weeks. I don't know what century they are used to, but in this century, people actually carrying cash is fairly rare. I put in a complaint this week. I'll see if they are back to credit next Saturday, or if I will have to look elsewhere to get my laundry done.

Dryers are hot and 13-20 mins is good to go even for towels. Carts are readily available. Clean floor if you drop something. Everyone has access to folding area. Bathrooms are clean but need a swipe from an attendant. Vending machines available and reasonably priced. Tv is on low if you're interested, background music is low. Chickens play area. Several walls of washers and dryers. I got 10 loads done in 2 hours! Spendy ok, but have you ever hand washed 10 loads... let's weigh the options here. Detergent is available, bleach, oxi clean, and even laundry bags... all for a small price. Also have drop off service. It is credit card or add dollars to a swipe. My cc didn't like the 10+ authorizations. Definitely a non creepy, bright light, reasonably busy on a Saturday laundromat. Would recommend.

The central theme of this review might revolve around a hypothetical statement as such: " Hello Sir, my name is Jon Doe, and I work here. I am just wanting to let you know that last was typically is no later than 8:30pm, yet if you feel that you may be able to finish by ten o' clock pm, there should be no problems; have a good day. For good measure also, hypothetically displaying a name badge and or PRESENTABLE attire and or store 'garb' that says ' Wheaton Super Wash Laundry'. Instead, I was confronted by an individual who just confronted me in an accusational manner stipulating how it was after 8:30pm and you cant start your laundry endeavors. After a little back and forth and threats to call the police as well I pointing to the fact that there had been individuals who were starting their laundry tasks while I was interacting with this laundry staff. I would like to state that it was ONLY after seeing this individual with a yellow mop bucket and mop as he was (half heartedly) mopping the floor that I surmised that this individual worked here and that at that point I was going to write this here review. Before closing I would like to make a couple points that I do hope the store management owners will address. First off, as an important FYI, the actual time I attempted to start my laundry was 8:34pm. Secondly, this individual had no problems allowing other individuals to start their laundry tasks thereafter. Thirdly, as alluded to in previous paragraph, I was a bit defensive at first for there was this ill-mannered (for better lack of words) man in lethargic looking jacket, headphones/IPad, grungy ripped sweatpants and shoes that looked like they were about to fall apart.
