The design aspect is spectacular, I have never seen a shirt company on the island cater to so many high school designs!! They all have the true high school colors, mascot, logo etc. Ordering was EXTREMELY easy, I went to the website, paid and ordered. I ordered it Friday Sept 29 online and opted for it to be mailed to me. I received my packed on Thursday October 12 in the mail. I have done these types of shirt printing with a few other companies, and I have never had LIGHTNING SPEED PRODUCTION like this!! My order also had a small customization, they ask when you order the high school hoodie if you want to add a name on it so of course I just had to!! Awesome, Easy, Spectacular Quality and not too thick either!! The letterman jacket I purchased was not a true, thick itchy material that a lot of people associate with it, the material was silky soft smooth, but just thick enough to keep you warm without making you sweat!! I have already shared this company with numerous friends who have reached out to the company to do multiple orders!! Love love LOVE they are #1 in my book for this kind of work!!

I know my son would love to have this. They had a special going on for Black Friday which you would use a promo code for $10 off. So I quickly placed an order and punched in the promo code. But I had to go back to their Instagram page to make sure it was the correct promo code. But without checking the order to see if the promo code was entered correctly, I just placed the order. Yes it was my fault for not checking if the promo code was applied to my order. After I placed the order, I got a confirmation email right away. Checked the order and yes my promo code wasn't applied. So I contacted them through via their Instagram page and was told they will send me a check of $10 when they ship out the jacket. Which was fine with me. When I received my order, jacket looked excellent. Everything was great. Only thing wasn't great was that there was no check of $10. So I message them again via instagram, and was told they will credit back my credit card that I used for the transaction. Which was fine with me since it'll be faster than waiting for the mail. Waited for about two weeks and yet still no credit back. It's already the ending of January and I've been messaging them constantly for the past weeks and now no one responds back to my messages. I would like to say that this is a great company and would love to do business with another family owned business but after this episode, I'm not too sure now. I understand it was my fault for not checking my order, but contacting them and was told it was ok and that I would get credit back would of been fine but I didn't receive it. Other than that, order of item was perfect. My son loved his jacket. I know it's just $10, but as a small family owned company I wish people would keep their word.

Zero clue this existed so zero orders taken from family/friends. It's become such a tradition to celebrate our seniors, I wanted to make it happen but of course panic set in! I used Chad's company to print shirts before. I knew he could make it happen, so I reached out to him on Monday. He gave me the estimated pricing and turnaround time (same week) - it's a small order. I got him the art that day too. That night he sent me the mock up of the art on the shirt and I got him the final quantities on Tuesday morning. He sent me an invoice via email and I paid online, which makes the process easy. I just picked up the shirts this afternoon (Friday). WOW!!! While I can't guarantee you that Chad can always work this quickly as I'm sure he's busy, I can say he will try his best, he estimates his time frames well and his pricing is reasonable. He can also do smaller quantities. I had reached out to a couple of companies because of not knowing who would be able to turn something around quickly. While Chad's pricing was a tad more, because I had ordered from him before, I knew the quality would be good so I went with him. Thank you Chad and crew!!!!

Simple basic print - black shirt w/ orange letters - exactly what we needed. Print was crisp & never crack at all after several washes. The second time was for family shirts to support my son at his football games. Winfred was very helpful with the process. Because of NCAA rules with licensing & compliance - the shirts needed several rounds of approval from the University of Hawai'i - very detailed. Communication was great - whether via email, phone or text. Once the design was finalized & we had the go ahead, the shirts were done promptly & came out great! I would definitely recommend Hocus Pocus for your custom tshirt printing needs!
