The customer service was awesome and friendly. I tried a few different t-shirts to make sure it was the right fit and look and emailed them the file I wanted printed and it was printed fairly quickly. The t-shirt was $20 plus a back design for $10 and another $5 for a front pocket-sized design, so I spent about $36 total. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the t-shirt, I do recommend sending a larger file png if you're going that route because mine was a bit pixelated when blown up on the back. But still no complaints since I basically found the image on my phone and on the spot. Had I been more prepared I would have sent a high-quality image and resolution at 300dpi at the minimum.

We were looking for football intergraded pants. I called earlier & it was nice that someone answered & gave me directions. I didn't know it was located at Hawaii Self Storage(behind Costco), they will give you the number to get in & take a left right after the gate. The shop is in the far corner. Good thing my grandson got to try some on to make sure the pants fit. Lady was nice & helpful, place looked small but was sort of big inside, somewhat organized but you have to make due with what you have! Last pants so I got it! Go check them out if you can because they're open early! I'm not sure about the cost of those pants what's considered expensive or cheap all I do know is that I found one! YAY!

We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

Background: We had ordered our football team shirts through a mutual friend of ours who had done previous shirts for us. However, this time due to an emergency the order fell through and we had only a few days (LITERALLY like 2 days) to get these shirts for the kids as it was our gift to them for making it to the championship. Desperately searching, Wave Custom Teez responded and accepted! Pros: 1. The shirts are of good quality. We wanted just plain black cotton shirts and they had it in all the sizes we needed 2. They were able to print out the design we wanted on the shirts easily and without any modifications to them 3. They were sooooo accommodating especially with our last minute request. The logo design/name on the back of our shirts were slightly big and a little further down than we would have liked but considering the extremely last minute order, this is no fault of the company's as I'm sure if I had more time they would have easily accommodated my request. Also the shirts are pretty pricey and the price stays the same no matter what size you're getting (cost of an xs = cost of a 3xl) but again as it was super last minute, I expected the cost to be double, even triple what I originally paid for through my vendor. I had a going away gift for a Cub Scout pack member that needed to be done at the last minute. I searched Oahu for engraving shops and came upon Engraving Hawaii. Previously I had passed by it a couple times while walking around the Schofield Exchange, but never looked in before. I walked in and there were two customers in front of me. Nick was helping other customers and told me he would assist me as soon as he could. When it was my turn, I explained what I needed and when I needed it, but Nick explained they had an influx of rush jobs that needed to be completed. He let me know that it was unlikely to be finished by the requested date, and I was ok with it, because I tend to follow the saying, "Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine." That evening, I receive a text message from the shop requesting I proof-read and approve the layout. They got the layout exactly how I requested and I quickly replied it was perfect. I was afraid to think that it might get finished in time, but their quick draft gave me a glimmer of hope that it would be ready in time. The next day I got a message telling me the item was ready. I rushed over to the shop and sure enough it was completed and looked fantastic. Because of Engraving Hawaii, we were able to present the award at the banquet for the departing member! I was so impressed with the friendly and professional service. The team is really customer-focused, and based on what I was hearing from their interactions with the other customers they were going to try everything in their power to get requests just right. The second time was for family shirts to support my son at his football games. Winfred was very helpful with the process. Because of NCAA rules with licensing & compliance - the shirts needed several rounds of approval from the University of Hawai'i - very detailed. Communication was great - whether via email, phone or text. Once the design was finalized & we had the go ahead, the shirts were done promptly & came out great! Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. Located at the Kapolei Marketplace, you can find the UPS Store just a hop, skip, & jump away (towards the left) of the Safeway supermarket. The day I came here, I had to get rid of a bunch of broken parts. Luckily, I found this UPS Store, as I was just next door working at a local credit union. Service here was fast & friendly, and I noticed if you do not have anything to ship out, this UPS Store provides other services like printing & mailbox services. Parking is plentiful, as it's located at a major mall. Need to ship out something, and you just so happened to be in the Kapolei neighborhood? Check out the UPS Store at the Kapolei Marketplace.
