All four of us have been thrilled with the move. The transition was made easy. They facilitated the transfer of our dental records, and set appointments that worked with our challenging schedules (two high schoolers, and two full-time working parents). Appointment reminders are sent by text, and email. The staff is wonderful...Amy, Renee, Kim, to name a few. The office is also extremely clean, and has the modern equipment and technologies. It also has easy parking. During my first visit, I asked Dr. Nunn about mouthpieces to prevent snoring. We set up a follow-up appointment where she created molds of my teeth to customize a mouthpiece that gently moves my lower jaw forward to open my airway. Last night I had the first snore-free night I have had in decades! I can't say enough good things about this practice!!

Dr. Kate Lambert specializes in this procedure and is very thorough in her initial consultation and exam. We spent an hour with her to determine whether or not a frenectomy would be medically necessary and I felt like all my questions were answered before following through with the next steps. She took the time to learn more about my concerns, did an oral exam, a functional assessment, took photos and videos to keep on file but also to use for a reference to discuss everything she noticed that was causing limitations. Tongue and lip ties are often misdiagnosed because most doctors are not trained to identify the more subtle classifications. Dr. Kate is educated is being able to identify all classes of tongue and lip ties, not just the obvious ones, and helps you understand your child's anatomy more in depth. The procedure itself uses a C02 laser which is up to date, quick and simple. It can be done the same day immediately following the exam if you choose to go forward with it. Afterwards you are shown recommended stretches to aid in your child's recovery and learn how to access the videos, should you need a reminder on how to perform them correctly. 2-3 follow up visits are included in the cost if you are paying out-of-pocket, which I greatly appreciated. The office and waiting area is decorated with kids in mind, so for those who are taking their toddlers and small children know they will be easily entertained by the clubhouse and toys! Staff is super friendly and readily available to answer any questions I have! Parking can be tricky on a busy day but other than that, no concerns!

But from the get go it started off down hill, the hygienist that took us back seemed like she was completely lost, unsure of what she was doing or where she was going, she took us to three different areas/rooms, and the last being a room with a door so we "could be out of the way". Then when the dentist that came to look at my son, she was in his mouth for maybe 10-15 seconds, if that, she "attempted" to brush his teeth with a regular kids toothbrush, and then just said that they had to fix his tooth, a cavity, by sedating him. No explanation of how the procedure would take place, where would it be done, who would be doing it, or even what procedure would be done. Just "It'll possibly a crown, a filling, or an extraction. They'll just have to figure it out once they have him sedated." Then she told me that they've never had an issue with sedation at that location, and come to find out, they don't even do that procedure there, so how are they ever going to have a problem if they don't even do that there? Then the lady who was supposed to do the x-ray came into the room, attempted for maybe five seconds to get an x-ray, didn't give me a chance to try and work with him to get it, and just said "they'll just have to do it when they sedate him" and left. Next, I was rushed out to the front desk to fill out more paperwork, sign more forms and pay. I was handed an iPad and told that I needed to sign all the consent forms and the lady at the front desk where this was taking place seemed irritated that I was going through and reading the forms. I was given a quote for around $1300 for the procedure of which was one of three things that could possibly be done and rudely sent on my way. Finally, I received a survey through my email asking about our experience to which I responded to. I then had someone else call me and tell me that she worked for corporate and was reaching out to ask about my experience, I reluctantly gave her some information to which she told me that again, she worked for corporate and that nothing would be noted on my son's chart therefore, no retaliation could be done (I was afraid that IF I decided to go back we'd be treated rudely). As I'm speaking to her and giving her an explanation of what I've described above, I lost cell phone service and the call got dropped. I attempted to call her back, but the number she called me from was not from corporate but from their WS offices, to which, of course, I was told that they were not sure who I was speaking to. So needless to say, we will not be back, and this place was just a waste of $140.

They deactivated my account when I wanted to talk with the Dr. Sanford about it. This was back in July 2022. I never was sent a final bill and they proceeded to charge me each month for a late fee. They finally called me a year later, and when I went in to see what the charge was, they told me it was for cancelling within 48 hours. For 20 min, I tried to explain that I was never informed about it and I was talked down to by Stephanie the receptionist. Stephanie had a very dismissive tone through our entire conversation. I asked to talk to the doctor about it, and in the worst tone ever - was told the doctor won't see or talk to me. - Then, when I showed proof I was never informed of late fee charges because I had all the text history, she looked into it more and found it was not for a late fee, that it was from a procedure charge. Stephanie didn't apologize for mistake and became very rude. Stephanie never apologized for her inaccurate information or behavior. An hour later - I received a text from Dr Sanford that she would not talk to me, they are sending my bill to my email and then they BLOCKED my number. I had to call via my daughters phone and they still tried to deny me to speak to Dr. Sanford. She finally talked to me, and I could immediately tell from her tone that with even all of time/money we spent there, she didn't care and wanted me off the phone.

I wish everyone i deal with are like these people. Dr. Burton will always give me a call in the evening after he does dental work ,just to make sure everything is ok. They do meticulous work and i like that they make there own caps in house. They dont hesitate to get them perfect for fit and color. They never surprise me with hidden cost. And am I glad I did, I honestly feel like I was meant to find this place. I did have a little trouble with finding the office, and after trying to open a few doors and wondering why they were dark and hard to open... it finally dawned on me that I was at the wrong place.
