We've been seeing the sign for this place for years, but finally stumbled crossed on our way home from a Mariners game one evening when we were looking for a spot to get out and grab some food and let the kids run around for a bit. This is a great spot located in the heart of Cle Elum! They have a food truck on site,which we unfortunately were not able to try because they had closed a bit early. Luckily, they had a number of sandwich and salad options. Our group enjoyed the Cuban, the chicken pesto, the Roslyn Rider, and a Caesar salad, which had some of the best croutons we've had in sometime! Another notable find was the snack mix... Not something that you would normally gush about, but this was filled with all of the best things the world has to offer Cheetos, bugles, Cheez-Its, and pretzels. If the Gardetto rye chips were in this, your head might just explode. For a relatively small outfit, the service here was very fast as they pumped out all of our food in about 10 minutes. There is ample indoor seating, and a lot of outdoor seating, which is shaded, and all of which is lovely! They've got a nice area with cornhole and some other games to play. They also have board games available inside. The only thing they are lacking is a big grassy area kids can go run around, but the asphalt worked just fine this spring day. Decent beer ( the kolsch has banana notes--yuck) but apparently that's allowed for a kolsch, so no corresponding loss of stars. The black nitro lager is very nice. Not nice--aggressive flies that swarm you, your beer, and pizza. Pro tip is to order to go and use the pizza box to keep those nasty things off of your pie. Literal swarms. Get a handle on this disgusting problem please. So gross and probably deserves another lost star, but I'll go with 4 because the employees were very nice. read more

What?! I thought I reviewed this place already. I guess I did in my head, but somehow didn't put pen to paper officially yet. My work colleague and I stopped here on a warm fall day last year, on our way to a weekend-long event in Leavenworth. I had been to their Snoqualmie Pass location before, but not to this swanky new Cle Elum spot. First, I want to thank Dru Bru for finally giving me a reason to get off the freeway in Cle Elum. I don't think I ever had before, except for that one time in college when I got a flat tire and had it repaired there. But there wasn't any beer involved so that that really count as a visit? But I digress! We loved this brewery, which (coincidentally) was getting ready for their huge Oktoberfest celebration. So there was plenty of festive decor to be had. I grabbed the maltiest beer I could find, and we headed out the beer garden and ordered some pizza from their on-site food truck. The only issue we had was that, once our food arrived, the wasps in the beer garden became quite insistent on visiting our table. We finally had to move inside, so we could eat! Other than that, it was a perfect visit. We were both sad that we were going to miss their event later that day, as they had a band coming and everything. Next time, Dru Bru, next time. read more

Not disappointed to have waited out crazy I-90 traffic here on Mother's Day. Dog-and kid-friendly patio has some tables covered and others open air. There was a food truck on site that had burgers, but we ordered food inside. Grilled cheese was fine and came with your choice of potato chips. Not sure the $11 price tag is justified for bread, cheese, and tomato, but it was preferable to not eating. Also appreciated that they had a vegan wrap on the menu. Lots of beers to choose from, plus wine and cider, plus beer floats (why not dessert it up??) and root beer floats for the kiddos. Personally, I'm a fan of their Kolsch, which is a non-hoppy favorite. Good find. read more

I always liked Dru Bru and was very pleasantly surprised as we were driving through Cle Elum that they opened a second location here. We didn't have it in our schedule but we had enough time to come here and kick back to enjoy a beer. I think I like this taproom a bit better than the original location. Their outdoor seating is very enticing on warm days I'm sure... unfortunately it was just a bit too gusty to enjoy outdoors so indoors it was. I had a lovely Peach Gose and it was everything I was hoping... having peach being at the forefront of a sip but not a rush of sugary sweetness which I got tired of with so many fruited sours last summer from various breweries. My girlfriend and I stopped into Dru Bru for a couple beers while passing through Cle Elum. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Credit cards are accepted. Family friendly brewery. Dru Bru provides indoor and outdoor seating. Canned beer can be purchased to-go. Dru Bru paraphernalia can be acquired as well. Wait service is not offered. Beer orders are placed inside. Sandwiches and wraps are made by Stella's. Outdoors one will find Swiftfired Pizza truck. Swiftfired offers a 10% discount to active and retired military as well as to first responders with proof of service. For non-beer lovers, Dru Bru offers hard cider. I enjoyed a couple tasty Alpha Female IPAs while enjoying the outside sunshine. This location feels much more modern than the Snoqualmie location; however, one can expect friendly service and great beer at both locations. If you're on the way to Leavenworth, stopping at this INSANELY big brewery is a must! I was passing through during the start of Oktoberfest, which made it the perfect time to stop. It was comfortably busy, but not too busy that wait times were long. Bonus! I can't really describe how big this brewery is, other than saying it's massive. There's a giant common seating area in the brewery, with more seating off to the side of the registers as well. On top of that, they have plenty of outdoor seating. We started by sitting outside because it was nice weather, but ended up moving inside because they had a good amount of bees that wouldn't leave us alone (no thank youuu). They have a woodfired pizza truck on-site which has a ton of tasty options. They also have prepackaged sandwiches, salads, and wraps inside. They have a solid beer list, including a couple wine options, cider options, and non-alcoholic beers too! And the big draw if you've got little ones: not only are they kid-friendly, but they have a free putt putt course outside. It's not huge by any means, but it's definitely big enough to entertain little ones and it's pretty fun! I'll definitely make Dru Bru a regular stop during my yearly Leavenworth visits! read more

Bottom line: an unique experience and definitely should be a place to visit if you're in Cle Elum. They offer a variety of local favorites and the venue is relatively large to host big groups both inside and out. Very limited food menu, however, there is a pizza food truck right outside the door that we ordered from. Relatively priced and my favorite drink was the Cle Elum classic. The Blueberry Sour was ok but way too sour for me. The service was a bit slow but the venue was undermanned and had the Memorial Day rush so that was understandable. I would definitely revisit this place. Great customer service, food variety of drinks, great vibe, and family friendly. Put it on your list to visit. read more

This place has an incredible outdoor patio that is dog friendly and their indoor seating is also plentiful. They had an extensive selection of beer styles, fresh hop trio and the fest bier were my favorites and especially this time of year. The pizza food truck on site was so delicious and the place was a really cool on stop shop for drinks and food. The interior was so clean and the decor was modern and fun with a large community collaboration coloring wall. Awesome brewery!! We came here while on vacation at Suncadia - they have a huge outdoor area with the Swift wood fired pizza truck. There's some fire pits to keep warm as well. Plenty of space to social distance. We couldn't decide what to order so we tried a flight first, it was perfect size and gave us a good idea of what we like. We ended up getting a bunch of crowlers and they were all good - I esp liked the lighter beers (pilsner, hefe), and the ciders are really good too! read more

Massive Brewery in Cle-Elum, WA. If you like beer and are in Cle-Elum, you should stop by the Dru Bru Brewery. This is a cavernous building seemingly in the middle of nowhere. They brew the beer right here on an industrial scale. There is lots of room to sit and enjoy tasters or pints of beer, both in the enormous indoor air-conditioned building or outside at one of the picnic tables. They do not serve food, but a pizza vendor trailer is outside that cooks your order fresh. I ordered a flight of 6 beers and enjoyed them all. Of course, I ordered only IPAs, pale ale, and one pilsner. I wouldn't make a special trip from Seattle to go here (There are many great breweries here), but if you are visiting friends or have a cabin up there, this is the best (and the only) brewery nearby. So, excellent beer, Air conditioning, ample seating, and friendly service. And for those reasons, I am awar4ding five stars! I like Dru Bru on top of Snoqualmie but the brewery in Cle Elem is a step above. They selection of beer, seltzer and the root beer is great. Inside seating is available plus they open the warehouse for additional seating. Outdoor seating is plentiful and they have corn hole and other games to pass the time. They do have food options plus a pizza truck so drink, eat and be merry. Staff is friendly and fast, appreciate their take on the beers. It's right off the main road in Cle Elem so not much out of the way for a pit stop. Cheers! read more

We stopped here after XC skiing. They had outside tables, some with tailgating tents, others with no cover and a few fire pits. We grabbed a beer to drink outside, root beer, and some closed cans to take home. They had a pizza food truck as the food options. I think if they can keep the patio this size for the summer - that would be so great! Next time I might try to bring s'mores items and grab a fire fit. Dog friendly too! read more

I'm a snobby IPA drinker, so I wasn't really expecting too much from the beers here for my palate. They have a session pale ale, session hazy, and Amber Ale - all pleasantly refreshing and tasty. Most of their beers are pilsners and German-style beers - didn't try those (maybe next time). They also had a nitro stout and a couple ciders - my bride of 32 years liked those. There are about 6 indoor tables where the AC works well on a 90 degree day - big screen TV where we watched the Euro2020 soccer finals, and there is ample outdoor seating without an umbrella or tree to be seen. read more
