    The taster set

Great beers. A quick stop on our trip and very pleased with it. We each had a taster set and a pint of our favorite after. Wife even picked up a six pack. The little food truck/trailer was very good. The wings were tasty and very meaty. Onion rings were good. The staff, I didn't catch her name, was very friendly and helpful. Kind and considerate. Great little place to taste some tasty brews. Missed a star because of the excess amount of flies.

A group (4) of us stopped into Whipsaw for a couple slurps while in the area. Free street parking can be found. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Orders are placed at the bar. Table service is not offered. Website states 21+ only; however, house rules A-frame states children ok. During our visit I didn't see any minors. There isn't a kitchen on-site so outdoor food is welcome. Food trucks are also scheduled. Whipsaw has provided safe Covid19 guidelines/resources (wash station and sanitizer); however, ultimately it's the customer's responsibility to follow stated guidelines. Whipsaw offers a nice outdoor seating area. A limited number of tables have umbrellas for shade. My wife had a couple Smashed Blonde's for $6 each. I had a couple Stumpblower IPA's for $6 each. Both of us liked our beer choices. When I inquired about purchasing a 4pk or 6pk to take home I was advised that due to a can shortage I was unable to purchase any beer to-go. Staff was friendly, efficient and accurate. Overall, Whipsaw was both of our favorite breweries that we visited during the day.

We are staying in town for a week, and were craving a brewery. The first one we went do did not allow kids, and we are here with our 3, 16, and 17 year olds. I'm so glad we were redirected, because I haven't been able to stop thinking about this place. I had the food truck fish sandwich, my little one had the kids burger, and the rest of my family had various things off the menu. All of it was really delicious. But the highlight was the blackberry wheat beer. I ended up taking home a six pack, and we will be back for more. This place is absolutely worth a couple stops.

The beers just did not have the flavor we were looking for and the staff was not very friendly. The flavors were pretty prominent but they all tasted off unfortunately. The woodwork was nice and added to the good outside seating but it was not worth the trip. I would skip this town on your road trip.

I liked this brewery! They had a lot of outdoor seating, could have used a bit more shade but it was super nice! They also had a food truck. I had the blackberry wheat, definitely one of the best blackberry beers Ive had, very flavorful and perfect for summer! For that beer alone I'd suggest a stop by!

Outdoor heating and lots of seating.

Eburg gem! Spacious and welcoming of all ages and furs. Twinkle lights and heaters outside, round barrel tables and long raw edge tables encourage a social atmosphere. Todays food truck had wings, no need to spend tim on something so so. But oh the beers are good! Loved the Stumpblower IPA and red Riggin Slinger. From humble starts to fabulous!

Great beer, great atmosphere and best of all, dog friendly interior for those chilly Eburg winter evenings! You can order food from the food truck next door and they deliver right to your table. They also have nice fire/heat towers outside to keep you warm if seated outside. Overall, great brewery to stop by in Eburg.

We did three tasting flights and LOVED them all! Coconut Cream Ale, Knotty Brewnette and Sour were our favorites but to be honest they were all amazing. They also can a tall boy of any of them for you to take to go. Service was knowledgeable and quick. This is definitely a great stop on our way to the Gorge for a pit stop or to grab brews for the camping adventure.

Stopped in to kill time before our daughter's track meet. Some really good beers. Really liked the stumpblower IPA. We also tried the lavender honey cider and the lemon basil cider. So surprisingly good!

Great little brewpub. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating on a beautiful summer evening, the Hacksaw Hazy & Buzz On Blackberry wheat were delicious. This will become a stop for me whenever I'm passing through Ellensburg.

Great beer, and I love that people bring friendly dogs when they come in. Such a friendly, relaxed place to have a cold one.

The wines are as solid as ever (big fan of their new releases), but the real standout was the guy pouring. Super friendly, chill, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. No pretense, just good wine and good convo. Bonus points for having food to snack on and beer options for the non-wine folks. It's got everything you need for a laid-back afternoon. This spot might just be my favorite Gård location. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

The tasting room is actually 2 large rooms with many seating options. We sat in the comfy chairs in the corner. Van approached us upon entering and served our tastings. He is very knowledgeable about their vineyards and wines, which is much appreciated. They don't have a set tasting flight, but rather "whatever is open" at the time. We had a wide variety from their Blanc Franc, which we loved, to a rich Cab Sauv. The bottle prices are wide ranged and well priced. They have a bites menu, but we didn't try any of the food. They have musicians play on some evenings. They produce whites, roses and reds so it's a great place for couples and groups who have varying preferences.
