Sounds easy but a lot of these small companies don't even answer the phone. I am in Pebble Beach and I could never get the folks in Salinas to call me back. Our pool service company, Fernandez Pool service, recommended Pacific. I called, told them what I needed and the rest was Swiss watch perfection. They came out to do assessment from San Jose, no issue. Sent me a quote. Explained all the details and from there after a small deposit we agreed to an install date.
