CHEAT-FRAUD-SCAM POOL GUYS!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE. The owner started dumping some white powder in my pool and then 2 weeks later gives me a quote of $2000 to clean it up. And when I questioned his cleaning process and provide him with pool water reports he gives me some bullshit story about why this happened. I FIRED HIM IMMEDIATELY. Long story short all the pool needed was some good scrubbing and chemical balance. These guys don't only do a poor job but try to destroy the health of your pool to make extra bucks. I asked if he could come and look at it first, but didn't get a reaponse. Two weeks later I called and talked to Ronnie, nice guy, he said he would call later to set something up but he never followed through (it's now April 19). I reached out to Ronnie and Tsunami Pool awhile back to get a quote on relocating my pool configuration for cleaning and the heater. Ronnie wasn't super responsible at first. Though he is knowledgeable and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. It was the way he conducted his business that made me decide to move forward with someone else. He came, looked at everything and gave me a quote saying he can finish the job in two weeks. He mentioned he just needed to send out his mechanical guy to look and see if the job is doable. After his guy came, he increased the quote by about $1,500. I was confused because, what if we had agreed on the quote he gave me before his guy came? Wouldn't he have had to honor that price? I asked him about that and he said no, his guy's quote is separate because it's a separate job in which he never clarified. We tried to negotiate with him because we thought he was very thorough when he came out to give us the estimate, but he just kept saying I misunderstood. So bye Felicia.
