Shaffner was very pleasant and explained the process as he went along. I had just painted my wall a few weeks ago and I was watching him like a hawk. He started putting holes in my wall !!! I found a T-Mobile nearby using Siri voice command and as soon as I walked in he was cheerful and confident that he understood my issue and could resolve it. His chill vibe calmed me and his assuredness and understanding as well. Within a minute he had taught me how to restart my phone without touch screen and I was back in operation. It is has been rare occasions these days that I encounter genuine courtesy and competent customer service so I had to leave a review! Excellent and fast customer support!
