I would rate Ralphies higher if their prices were lower and more in line with the value of their food and the overall experience. When we asked if we would receive a text when our booth was ready, Victoria responded sarcastically, saying, "You think I can text all these numbers on this list? There's no way to do that." That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. After waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time with no clear communication or plan, we decided to leave. The lack of organization, poor communication, and rude service made for a very off-putting experience--especially on a holiday. Unfortunately, this experience has made us very hesitant to return.
