Drury Inn continues to be a reliable brand, and this property lived up to expectations. Nice decor, clean, and friendly service. We didn't partake in the dinner which seems to be a HUGE thing for most guests but taco night with the always available hot dogs weren't of much interest compared to Freight House which is a great restaurant in Paducah. Breakfast was standard for a Drury Inn, above average compared to typical Marriott properties where I stay more often. Room prices were very reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again. I've stayed at Drury Inns for 15 plus years and I tell all my friends about them all. The Paducah Inn and Suites is the first Drury and a regular stop for us, it's convenient to the highway, they offer all the perks as the rest of the Drury's; 5:30 kickback with cocktails and breakfast. They have outstanding customer service, they have helped me sort out a reservation error I made, thank you for that. The front desk and 5:30 kick back people are all so helpful and friendly. Stayed here on our way back to FL from evacuating for hurricane milton. The night shift front desk lady greeted us warmly. She was very helpful and kind. Our room was huge. It was quiet and we slept very good. We used the pool/hot tub for 30 mins before it closed for the night. It helped stretch out our muscles after sitting in a car for a long time. Pool area was clean. I walked over to Texas Roadhouse to pick up take out. The area the hotel is located is very safe. Parking lot is very bright. I felt safe walking there by myself at 10 pm. Breakfast wasn't as good as other drurys we have stayed at prior but wasn't a big deal. Would stay here again. read more

Love this hotel. The suites thing is cool--you can pile a bunch of kids in the front "living" room with its pull-out bed while mom & dad sleep in the bedroom. Or...stay here and pretend you're in a big suite all to yourself. Every time I've stayed here, I enjoy the space, the totally unhealthy-but-yummy kickback pre-dinner thing, the lobby and location when I'm visiting Metropolis for Superman Celebration. Couple problems my last trip: I had unresolved issues with two different irons, and a bunch of drunks having a room party confetti bombed the entire floor from the elevator all the way to their room. It's become pricier over the years, but budget hotels and motels are all around. Yee-haw. read more

This was my first time ever to stay in a Drury Hotel, and I was impressed. The staff were welcoming to my daughter and I upon arrival to the departure. The "kickbacks" drinks were good, and the breakfast was decent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and accommodating. I am leaving four stars because the elevator was extremely slow and some simple updates are needed. Overall, I would stay at this location again. read more

Room was dirty when we got here last night, the bartender keeps interrupting me when I asked when dinner was, and the front desk hung up on my call when I tried to call to get another blanket. Very few channels to m actually watch despite what they claim. Idk, feels very "I mean TECHNICALLY we have them, but you can't use them". It's fine if you hermit in your room, but otherwise feels very much like a "I don't want to help you unless I must".... Updated Okay so I deleted my review earlier in the day because I thought I might have been sensitive from being angry but nope, turns out half the staff here are just a-holes. Especially the front desk. There were some sweet girls who worked there, and one really nice guy during the afternoon, but I stg the (night) bigger front desk guy with the gray hair is a jerk just to be one. Guy asked "can I help you?" with such an attitude, then tossed the coins on the counter for my change and sarcastically said "we'll call it 50¢". Needs to get his attitude checked. Also the beds were covered in hair when we got here. I can literally hear and see the front desk guy picking up calls to the front desk and hanging them up. I love the Drury chain - I'll stay at one any chance I get, even for a few more dollars than a close competitor. Their free hot breakfast is a great way to start the day and easily saves us $20+ each day. The rooms are always clean and updated. This trip wasn't quite up to par. The room was decent, but I've been in better. But that's okay - it's a Drury baby, and they'll take good care of us! That's when we were all surprised by my wife doing the "OHMYGOD THERE'S A BUG" dance and squeal. Sure enough, there's a sizable cockroach in the bathroom - staring her down. Playing the role of "hero", I took care of it. But that hung over our heads for a while - were there more? Will they carry us away in the middle of the night? Nah - it's a Drury... it's all good... Thankfully, that was it and we were able to move on - but not a good first impression. The rest of the stay was fine. This particular Drury isn't the newest, and could use some updating. read more

Stayed at Drury Inn in Paducah KY on 7/11/24. The outside and entry is kept clean. Desk clerk very nice. Rm315 was very clean looking. Room wasn't damp or musty. Was a good experience. I might add that since my stay was so nice in Paducah I decided to book a room at Drury Inn in StJoseph Missouri. Upon arrival at Drury in St Joseph, the front entrance was terrible. Extreme dirty carpet at entry with coffee spilled and tracked. Gum or candy stuck to the entry walkway. That should have been a clue of what one might encounter in the rooms. My room 322 appeared to have not been cleaned. I definitely will not book Drury in St Joseph on way back. I probably won't even book in Missouri, seems there may be issues with hiring enough dependable staff around that area. I don't mind the price if there is quality. I always leave $20.00 for housekeeping. Paducah KY Drury Inn housekeeping deserves a nice tip. read more

First time staying at a Drury hotel, and it did not disappoint. My suite was like a mini apartment (much better than my actual apartment, I'm afraid), complete with living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Room was spacious, clean, and all the furniture was great. Kinda bummed I only got to spend one night here, but I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Paducah. read more

We were blown away by how nice this hotel was. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The front lobby was gorgeous with an amazing chandelier in the middle of the room. Then, there was the room! We had no idea we'd be getting an entire suite. The first room had a dining area and a living room with tv. The first thing I said was, "How long do we get to stay?" There was then a nice kitchen and bathroom area (amazing shower pressure!) and then the bedroom after that with another tv! There was a brick wall in the bedroom, giving it a nice vibe all around. We couldn't have been happier. After a great nights' sleep, the breakfast feast (biscuits and gravy/breakfast tortillas/soda machine) was a treat and the staff continued to be friendly and great to us all morning. We were sad to leave so soon and will definitely be back! read more

This place is in a nose drive. They used to take dogs -no charge and now charge $35 plus tax. They used to have a great happy hour meal which included tacos, chili, baked potatoes. Now it's lettuce salad, boiled broccoli, and "pork" that might be confused with dog food. Also, our 6 pound dog immediately ate the left behind crackers and chewed on a left behind fake fingernail. I'll include a pic of the carpet in front of the bathroom. Our bill for this place was almost $150. read more

What the Drury provides over all others is quality food, without adding to your bottom line. I checked in at 10pm and was greeted warmly by the front desk person. She told me to make sure to go around the corner, as there was fresh popcorn and a pop machine available at no extra cost. Brought this snack up to my room and watched a movie on the large flat screen before I went to bed. A lot of hotels add the word suites to their name, but Drury truly has one. A large sitting area that has it's own flat screen, with a kitchen between the well designed bedroom area. Oh and to cap it off, no one has a better free breakfast, as the eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus everything else you would typically find were top-notch. Oh and the woman working the breakfast had a friendly attitude that energized you in the morning like their strong coffee. This was my 2nd time staying here and it will be my go-to every time I stay in the Paducah area! read more

This one in particular stood out for several reasons: - The front desk staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. - The beds were incredibly soft and cozy, and the rooms were very clean and noise-proof. - The shower had incredible water pressure, which is always nice. - The FREE breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, bar none. Room did not smell fresh at all. Walked into the bathroom in bare feet and stepped on something sharp-it was broken glass! Found more pieces of broken glass the next morning-unreal! Thankfully didn't have any kids or grandkids with us. Also found a toenail on the floor-not ours-really disgusting. However, the topper was when I got in the shower at 6:00 in the morning and turned the water on, I realized there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN-what??? So I tried very hard to keep the water in the tub but of course that wasn't possible so had to use every towel and wash cloth to mop up the water on the floor. Went to the front desk to check out, brought down the broken glass and toenail in a cup and told the gal about the missing shower curtain-All I got was "oh, I'm sorry to hear that" and "have a nice day"-unbelievable! She tried to call the manager over who was only a few feet away but the manager ignored her! read more

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the Drury Suites in Paducah, Kentucky. The hotel was conveniently located just off the interstate and just minutes from pretty much everything in town. There are several perks to staying at this amazing hotel. There was a small kitchen area in my room that I could use to prepare meals and snacks. There was also a great guest pantry where you could pick up late night snacks. Not to mention free popcorn and soda throughout the afternoon, free hot breakfast, and great drink specials and socializing during the 5:30 Kickback. Need a fitness center...they have it! Business center for emails and printing copies of stuff you need for a meeting...check! Indoor pool, free WiFi, and a clean, comfortable room that you can call home!! I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the staff and other guests at this hotel and can't wait to come back! read more

This is a cozy place; it's old school cozy if that means anything to you. You'll find newer hotels in the area but this one has all the freebies... Wifi, breakfast, free soft drinks 24/7, the popcorn is a nice touch, etc. The people that worked here were very nice and out of their way accomodating. read more

The rooms were very clean and the suites are really nice. The bedroom had a pocket door separating the living room so the kids could watch TV while we slept. Highly recommended! Was told 94 rate and when time to check out was charged 129 rate. When pressed the manager said we only got a percentage off the daily rate blah blah. Then I asked about the military rate and was told it was 89 and I showed my ID (on Veterans day no less) She then changed her story said it was only good if on official business. Enough of this. We broke down outside of paducah on our way home from Florida. I had about ten minutes to find a hotel close to where the tow truck driver was dropping off our truck. We showed up with no reservation and we were in a room within 5 minutes. The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel breakfast. The next morning, the staff was very accommodating and gave us a large check out since we still were not sure if our truck would be fixed that day. The staff really helped make a stressful situation a lot easier. read more

So far I have stayed here for over two months while in town for work. The best thing about the rooms is how sound proof they are. I sleep during the day and so far I've only been woken up by kids screaming and running up and down the hallway. It's nice to have two rooms which you can separate by closing the pocket door. The staff here has always been great and make sure any issue is taken care of quickly. They have laundry machines and a gym which makes it nice to workout while washing clothes. Plus you can walk to 5 different restaurants easily. And they have free passes to a big gym called Energy Fitness. read more

So sad to read all the reviews at how clean and nice this place is. Well honestly a year ago when I stopped here it was. But not last night. When we got to the room we got situated and went down to the kickback, hot dogs and salad and nachos. Sat our food on the desk in the room and looked down and the desk is covered in ants. Go to the front desk and the lady offers to move us, or she can come spray the room. Well we are already settled in the room so I made a bad choice of spraying. By this morning all our things have ants in them, our dog's food bowl had ants in it. He couldn't even eat! Oh and did I mention I had to pay a $35 fee to have him in the room?! Our luggage had ants crawling on it, the dogs bed had ants on it, basically everything had ants on it, crawling near it, ahhhh! Fridge was frozen and not clean (see picture attached) Husband complained that bed was not comfortable. I'm not sure as I was so freaked out that I thought ants were on me I didn't sleep. Kids both have any bites on them, and I have some bites as well. I am totally frustrated and disgusted that this night cost me close to $150 (with pet fee and military discount and fees). How in the world did this place get four stars?! I was appalled by the conditions. The second you walk in the hotel smells old and musty. The smell isn't the only thing that's dated, the decor is straight our of the 80's and 90's. The carpets were stained and also smelled terrible, I found mold on the refrigerator and the air smelled like the filter had not been changed in years. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more

Excellent stay! Our family stayed the night here on our way down to Alabama to visit family. We have four kids and the suite worked out perfect for 2 adults 4 kids. Somehow we let the kids talk us into letting them have the two queen beds and the wife and I took the gold out couch. Surprisingly the fold out was comfortable and we slept great. Room spotlessly clean. Staff incredibly friendly. Pool area great to let kids burn off steam. They served free dinner and free breakfast. Price was just right and they give a veterans discount. Will stay again, in fact I just made a reservation for our return trip. read more

Great warm and welcoming family-owned Hotel. Stop there on our way from Chicago to Florida in November. A snow storm during the night kept us there another day. Really clean restaurant, rooms and Lobby. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Paducah. They really make you feel welcomed. read more
