If I could give this business a lower rating, I would. I've had a few issues with them over the years, but this latest experience was the last straw. I picked up approximately $100 worth of dry cleaning, several shirts and pants. A couple of days later, I received a voicemail from one of their employees explaining that they had accidentally given me another customer's shirt and had given my shirt to someone else. They asked me to bring the shirt back. I didn't make a big deal out of it because mistakes happen. A few days later, I returned the shirt, expecting to get mine back. Instead, I was told the other customer had not returned my shirt yet. That was four months ago. Since then, I have stopped by multiple times asking about my shirt. Every time, the employees tell me I need to speak with the manager. The problem is the manager is never there. I have left my phone number numerous times and asked for a callback. Not once has the manager contacted me. At this point, I'm simply out a shirt because of a mistake they made, and nobody seems willing to take responsibility for it. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. Either return my shirt or reimburse me for it. Ignoring the issue for four months is unacceptable. The most frustrating part isn't even the missing shirt. It's the complete lack of customer service, accountability, and follow-through. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

My daughter's school uniform shirt was lost by this business. I notified the staff and was told 5 consecutive times that the manager was at another location each time I requested to speak with the manager but I will get a call. 3 plus weeks later and call received. Needless to say this business doesn't their customers especially the loyal ones. I'm annoyed by this business lack of professionalism. A matter of fact I'm even more annoyed to learn after reading other reviews to discover that my complaint isn unique to me because others have recorded the same or similar complaints. read more

Prices seem fair and do a good job on the clothes. The customer service is lacking. While there are a couple of people I have had no problem with, the younger people lack problem solving skills, communication skills and are disrespectful. The manager does not coach them or correct them as she should (and they know she won't so they think it's funny and get away with it). I have been there three time, and has not been a good experience overall. They should make my life easier - not harder and harder and frustration is what I have experienced. I was in line at 6:57 behind a car that was taking a long time. No one was behind me and they close at 7:00. They handed the clothes to the people before me, and when I drove to the door they said we are closed and were laughing. The young lady was upset with me from a previous encounter so they thought this was funny. The next morning I addressed the manager about the situation. No apology, no compensation and the young lady partially responsible for the previous night's situation, sat there with a smirk on her face as if she thought this was funny. Again they know they will not be coached or corrected. Others new customers will have to make their own judgement about the service but for me, it is clearly NOT the place for me. Very disappointed because it would have been very convenient after moving to the area. Going back to my tried and true dry cleaner of 25 years - "Why Pay More" in North Arlington. Terrible Customer Service. Paid over $75 is dry cleaning and they didn't clean some of the shirts. I asked them to redo 4 shirts and they refused and the manager would not come out to correct the situation saying she need to leave for another store. Used this place for years. I am not writing this about a one-time incident. I have used this dry cleaner in the past and had been pleased. I don't know if it is new ownership or what, but my last two visits have not been good. One item was a king-sized down comforter that I had brought before. The ticket said it would be ready on Thursday. I drove down there to pick it up and was told that it would not be ready until Saturday. I came back on Saturday and was told to come back the next Monday. Finally I got it after three attempts. Today I brought in a man's suit. They said it would be ready by 3:00 pm. I went back and it was ready. I looked at the jacket and a spot was still visible. I had pointed it out as I dropped off the suit. I said that it could still be seen and she completely ignored me. The people working the counter look like teenagers. They mumble so that they can hardly be heard, never smile, just not a good front line people to work with customers at a business. Their parents probably own it. It is a good thing this suit on which they could not remove a spot was a cheap suit. I certainly will not bring my expensive one here. I don't think I will be back. This is the second time I've come to this dry cleaner, the first time they ripped a shirt the first time. This time they broke every single button on my $150 shirt and said that they're not responsible for it. So I had to pull up my Nordstrom order and show her the delivery date. In the end they're replacing all of my buttons and I will never (and recommend you never) use this dry cleaner if you don't want to waste your time. read more

I've patronized this Clean Super Center once. My experience was good. I was only dropping off one item, but it was a medium jacket soiled by messy garbage. Their charge was much less than I anticipated. It was ready after 5pm the next day (I dropped it off late in the afternoon). I wasn't in a hurry. All work was done on site. I was pleased with the work. When I went to get it, I had to wait on a young man who was dropping off a huge load of laundry! LOL read more

I have been doing business with this cleaner for 3 years. I was overall happy with their service until they destroyed my scarf. The first time I went to pick it up they lied and said it wasn't ready. The second time I went to pick up they lied again and stated it wasn't ready it had a spot on it. At this point I asked to see the scarf and they explained to me they didn't know where it was. I called the manager the next morning and she stated that they would replace it if I could send the information she would get it ordered the same day another lie. Three week later..... I call for a follow up and she states she doesn't know the status. I asked her if it would be better if I called the owner myself. She now says if you could come by and fill out a claim !!!!!!
