I figured for that price, the whole rug would have been submerged and cleansed. I also got add on services like pet smell removal. I don't think that happened. Rug still looks very dirty and when I got it back it was full of dust. Calling it a loss and probably going to give it away to goodwill. And they treat all complaints with complete indifference. They don't even answer the phone or call back. How is it even possible to dye clothes if dry cleaning? They must be washing the clothes and just starching after to make it look like dry cleaning. Five years from now we're all going to be hearing in the news how this place was a front for drug money or something. It's so obvious in retrospect. They only take cash. No phone line or voicemail. Im not leaving without the suits. I had a funeral the next day. No sorry or nothing. I ended up having to drive to another location to get them which was 30 minutes away. THEY GAVE MY WEDDING DRESS TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HID IT FROM ME!!!!!…read moreI had my wedding dress dry cleaned here and it was supposed to be ready on Saturday, December 14th.  I was told I would receive a call when it was ready to pick up.  On Saturday, December 21st, I called to see the status of the dress.  Olga stated she did not have it but would call me back today and let me know.  I received a call from a woman who had picked up my wedding dress.  She called the name and number on the dress because the item has the contact information and ticket number.  She stated she did not have her dress and they gave her husband mine dress instead.  Thank God, this decent woman called me and informed me - PACIFIC CLEANERS DID NOT INFORM ME OF THIS UNTIL AFTER I FOUND OUT!  The woman and I were going to meet and she was going to give me my dress.  Pacific Cleaners called the woman and said she needed to bring the dress back to the store and so she did.  The woman called and told me this and I said I would meet her at the store - meanwhile no call from Olga at Pacific Cleaners to inform me of what had happened from the time I called to inquire about my dress this AM.  Olga eventually called me while I was on my way (the woman had informed her she let me know she had my dress) and then apologized.  She did not tell me what had happened prior to the woman calling me and informing me of the situation.  I asked to speak to a manager and Olga stated I could call them if I wanted(not I will have them call you).  I got to the store before the woman did with my dress and said where is my dress.  Olga said the woman with my dress was not there yet.  I said "How does this happen, when you have tickets with people's name, phone number, and item number printed large on the receipt attached to the item?  Do you not check tickets or name of customers when picking up items, especially an expensive wedding dress?"  Her reply was "It was a new employee."  I asked the name of the employee and she would not tell me; she was the only employee in the store today when I went to pick up my dress  and the woman's husband picked up the dress today.  There was no manager I could speak to and "I would need to call on Monday at 11AM to speak with Lorena (manager).  I called the number provided for Lorena and a woman told me she was not in and did not know when she would be.  I left my name and number, explained the situation, and told her to have her call me.  No phone call from manager.  HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK TICKET NUMBERS AND NAMES ON WEDDING DRESSES THAT ARE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS?   My wedding dress was given to someone else and taken to their home and their reply is "it was a new employee."  Olga never called and told me my wedding dress was given to another woman this morning - I had to find out from the other customer who let me know, not the dry cleaning company!! How unprofessional  and untrustworthy!!!!  The fact they gave my wedding dress to someone else without checking information and tried to hide that they made a mistake is completely unacceptable!!
