The three times I have gone in desperation, I have not seen a soul vacuuming, let alone cleaning the machines. They collect the quarters- that is it! They also close the washers (against the instructions), allowing mildew to grow. There is a tremendous amount of dust in the corners, signs are sloppily handwritten-- but my main point is- the washers and dryers are dirty! And they are relying on the heat from the washers to "kill everything," I heard an employee tell a customer who asked about how often they clean things, because she was thinking of brining the laundry from her cleaning business there. I no longer go to this place in desperation- I will take my chances at the laundromat where an alleged death occurred instead!

The washers are in pretty good shape and they have a solid selection of sizes for bigger sized loads. I do wish there was a person who worked in the laundromat as it seemed it was just customers and I saw a few people having issues with the change machines running low.

Very sad to see the quality of employees here. I got the information of the Customer who was verbally abused and many of the customers at the bike shop next door saw the entire thing.

I think the person was frustrated cause the washer wasn't working. Which as an owner I get. But somehow things went from 0-100 really quick. The "trans" man asked for the money back that they spent, after the owner threatened to beat " him up and telling them to leave. The owner goes to the drawer and gets a $20. Yells, I'll do better , here's $20 for ur trans fund. Now get ur trans bull shit out of here. This trans person wasn't trans .. simply a lesbian. After he tries to apologize to me. I simply told him the homophobic and transphobic slurs was uncalled for . He tried making excuses . I put my head phones in and asked him not to speak to me. I love fresh clean sheets as much as, if not more than, the next guy. It's time consuming and I don't have a washer and dryer so I have to go to laundromats. The laundry basket has been my go to since moving to this neighbor hood. The location is conviennent and close and the prices are cheap. But I do have some gripes. A lot, and I mean a lot, of the dryers are out of order. The disrepaired dryers are marked with little red smileys. The covid regulations are also very lax. The person I presume is the owner regularly goes without wearing a mask properly in my experience. This doesn't bother me because I pathologically hate interacting with people so I avoid her and also wait in my car. The owner also like to smoke right outside the entrance. The Laundry Basket also offers drop off laundry. This is super handy but expensive. So when doing laundry you have to make the choice of if you hate yourself or you hate your wallet. I typically go every other week in Wednesday mornings and it's usually deathly silent as I would like it to be.

They didn't even clean my items and it still took them forever to get back to me. Please consider using another service or have your restoration company figure out a different solution otherwise you could lose your items and be a month and a half behind schedule like me!
