Turned out one of my garments hadn't met their standards, so they'd sent it back for further cleaning -- which I appreciated. No answer. Someone (no idea who) from the store ends up texting me and tells me it "should be done" by the day that I need it by, and also, there is a stain on the dress that they could not remove. Okay, whatever. I just want the dang dress back. So at this point, I'm out $37 and the dress still has a stain on it (the whole reason I brought it in for dry cleaning). I get that maybe the stain just won't come out and that's fine/understandable, but now I am wondering what I paid $37 for. And to get it 3 days after they said it would done (8 days total). For one singular size extra small item. Learned my lesson and will definitely be using a different dry cleaner next time!
