After going to four other bridal shops in the last two weeks, I was more than ready to find my dress. I spoke with Jennifer on Wednesday and she was more than accommodating to make sure I was able to come in during a small window of time. I explained what I was looking for over the phone and my budget. I was going to be shopping by myself which made me a little nervous. When I arrived on Friday, Jennifer had already pulled multiple dresses for me in my price range and size. I tried on three dresses and honestly liked every single one. I ended up falling in love with the third dress and buying it. I was in and out within 45 minutes and made to feel comfortable the entire time. The price was unbeatable!!!!!! Jennifer was great with helping me estimate alterations and gave me honest advice that I trusted. I never felt pressured to buy a dress or pushed towards more expensive dresses. They had so many options and the shop was honestly a breath of fresh air after the experiences I had in the city. Highly recommend!!!

It wasn't just my individual consultant, but several other employees checking in and helping her even with a couple other brides in the store on a Saturday afternoon. These girls really know their stuff! While I didn't end up purchasing a dress that day, we got close and I will definitely be back!

I came into the appointment still very much open to finding a dress after already having one great appointment prior to coming here. The saleswoman I was placed with was very cold and made the comment "You probably won't find your dress here" after showing her pics of what I liked within 5 minutes of being there. Throughout the appointment she was putting a big emphasis on certain things that may or may not fit me (I am considered "plus size" in many places) with a negative tone. She also made the comment that the dress I had tried on was about 10 sizes too small for me. I felt very judged and had to hold back tears at one point. I know what I look like, but I felt very defeated leaving the appointment. Their sizes on the floor did not feel as inclusive as I have seen most other places. Overall pretty disappointed I drove an hour to feel judged and the opposite of how a bride should feel when trying on dresses, no matter their size/shape.

Shelbi knew everything and listened to our bride's every comment-- every dislike, like and question. She was down to earth and made the appointment super fun. Even adding in suggestions for how to zhuzh up dresses, to make them more her style. Pricing was pretty reasonable. I very much appreciated she never once brought out a dress OUT of our range. She was sure to ask what the budget was to start the appointment and very cognizant of price and respectful throughout. Parking is a non issue. Hours are standard. 10/10 recommend setting up an appointment to find you (or your bride's) perfect dress.

They felt cared about, they respected my budget, and it was just fun! There were several things they accommodated that they didn't need to, but they did! Miriam spent about 2 hours and 20 minutes with us, and I probably tried on about 6 or 7 dresses in total. She was very helpful in talking me through what kinds of dresses I thought I liked, and allowed me to not feel too narrowed into one "style" or shape, which I appreciated. She made genuine comments about how a dress flattered and accentuated my body, she never made me feel 'bad' about my body or size. She asked questions about my fiancée and discussed how she wants her brides to feel comfortable, beautiful, confident, and that during the dress shopping experience, to consider how you hope to feel on your wedding day. It was a really great experience! I am an LGBTQ bride and so it feels very important to me that my vendors (?), or folks involved in the wedding are affirming and supportive, and I definitely felt that with Miriam! We also had a good conversation about how getting more options for plus size dresses is an area of interest for the shop, and how pleased I was with the selection they did have. I tried on dresses from size 16-22, I believe. I wear a size 18 in Old Navy jeans, if that helps...!
