I asked if I would be able to wait until he was done but they don't have a waiting room and the service takes about 4 hours. Manny offered to drive me back the 10 minute ride to my house and deliver the car when he was finished...a great customer service benefit! Manny exceeded every expectation! Company car (SUV) was delivered dirty. Less than 4000 miles so almost inexplicable. Apparently the vehicle had been warehoused / in storage for a few months, then transported to a dealer in Orange County, then driven up to me in Sonoma County. I expected the exterior to be "NorCal clean" given the 400+ mile drive and atmospheric river conditions here lately, but the interior was disgusting. Some sort of thick, orange drink splattered into the driver's door speaker vents and splattered on the side of the center console... Torn pieces of packets stuck inside the door pockets, something sticky splattered all over the steering wheel and dash, bent staples and crumbs crushed into the cup holders, etc. Windshield interior covered in a layer of who knows what that severely limited visibility. My attempts to clean it with Windex wipes & sprayway only smeared it around and made visibility worse! Finally got approval to expense a detailing service, and had 1 day in town to get it done. Tried calling all over Sonoma County. No one else would to commit to detailing my car (most are mobile only, and it has been pouring rain here). Manny came through! He rearranged his personal life to meet me at 730 AM so I could be back for my 8AM Teams meeting. Detailed the vehicle beautifully inside and out (he has a shop in Geyserville). Ten stars! read more

I took my car to Manny at DCV auto spa and WOW! He did a spectacular job. I was most concerned about my interior and hoped he would get in every nook and cranny... which he certainly did! From cleaning the perforations on my leather seats to extracting the dirt from all of my air vents, he did not miss a step! Along with the interior, the exterior was just as spotless. Manny was extremely responsive and answered me right away, he got back to me in regard to my questions quickly , gave me a hard quote, and had availability ASAP. His work was superb and he even made the engine look brand new, which I was not expecting. Speaking of above and beyond....He also removed a decal that was on the back window and peeling. I had a filthy interior which required a very detailed shampoo with stain removal. He was highly proficient at dog hair and dog smell removal as well. This was a life saver!
