There's very few services that you walk away from feeling overwhelmed with confidence in the people you choose to do business with from the very beginning it felt as though everything was in the best hands, attention to detail is an understatement. Do yourself a favor look no further than Dry Creek Valley Auto Spa. These guys are the best.

Super quick and very reasonable. The work done was guaranteed. Will be going back for a detail. Work that was done included driver side window tint on my 2007 Malibu wake boat

However, 2025 August the tint on the back windshield started to peel, so I tried to take it there for the warranty, and they told me that they no longer use that tent, so I had to go to Blackout Window Tinting in Petaluma and they would honor the warranty. I was originally told it would be done same day and then he told me he couldn't get the tint off so he would need my car another day. This was a little bit inconvenient since I needed my car for work, but I ended up borrowing my parents. It ended up taking three days and my car smelled of ammonia afterwards. What really frustrates me is that all of the fine lining that your car needs to defrost the back windshield was ripped off. I noticed it months later not realizing that is why my rear windshield defroster was no longer working. I did some research on the Internet and found out that it was most likely during the scraping of the windshield tint that all of those fine electric filaments were ripped off. This was not mentioned to me, though after the service and I learned the hard way. When I reached out to John, I got no response. I can't afford to repair that on my car since the entire lining was ripped up. Pictures are included. Not good business.

I received numerous quotes and Dan from Deluxe Tint Coat was the first one to reply. To my surprise he also had the best price out of all of them and was super close by. I set up an appt with him easily and chose the option I wanted. He explained my choices and I signed off on the work. The next part I did not expect since I was driven back home in a self driving Tesla and thought he just wanted me to check out his car. I called him and he said no it's a loaner while I work on your vehicle, which was cool although I had anxiety about having someone else's vehicle and only kept it at home lol. After about 30min of being at home I had regretted my choice of getting only 70 in the front so I called Dan and luckily he had not started and was able to make it darker. It took about 3hrs since there was plenty of small windows to work on. Anyway I'm glad that my new car is now tinted and Dan made it such a smooth, pleasant experience. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

First off, this review is over 10 years late. Over the past decade plus, I've brought 8 of our…read morecars (Toyota, BMW, Honda (3), VW, Subaru, Acura) for window tinting at Grizzly. The workmanship is top-shelf as Danny knows his stuff and is an artisan of his craft, which requires lots of attention to detail. Between Danny and Gena, they run a beautiful shop in SSF with competitive prices on Llumar tint. I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. I will continue to go to Grizzly Tint with all my future vehicle acquisitions in the future....the best window tinting service in the Bay!

Had LLumar ceramic film installed on all of my brand-new car's windows in June. I let the film cure for a couple of weeks. Time passes, and on my back left window, I noticed a tiny bubble around what appeared to be lint trapped between the glass and the film. Thinking this would be covered under warranty as an installation flaw, I brought it back to Grizzly. The installer removed the film and located the "defect." It wasn't lint, but rather a deep scratch. The installer then claimed the scratch was already there when I brought the car in, said he "forgot" to tell me about it after the initial install, and claimed it must have come like that from the factory. He told me to take the car back to the dealership to get the glass replaced under warranty--and added that if I didn't get it replaced, / would have to pay them labor costs to reinstall the tint on that window. I brought the car back to the dealership. The master technician inspected it and confirmed the deep scratch was caused by a third party using a razor blade. The installer scratched my brand-new window during prep, didn't own up to his mistake, purposefully hid it from me, and then tried to charge me extra labor when I brought it to his attention. Unbelievable dishonesty. I will never step foot in this shop again.
