I had such an amazing experience with Nook & Cranny Mobile Detailing, that I just have to share. This is probably the best service hands down I have received across all industries. Decided to surprise my parents by deep cleaning / detailing their mini van. This van was purchased in 2014 and it has 200,000 plus miles on it from their catering business (Vietnamese food, so that means fish sauce etc etc) and trips back and forth btwn Petaluma and San Francisco. It was so hard to find a detailing and cleaning place that I could drop it off at and a lot of car wash places near me don't even offer these types of services because of time + staff required. I looked online and saw RAVING reviews for Terrell and immediately reached out to schedule a cleaning. He got back within the hour and scheduled the cleaning same day. I was already floored. He comes to you with his own power generator, all of his own equipment and chemicals (trust me you need chemicals if you want this done right, so don't tell me you prefer vinegar!), you don't have to do a thing except wait for him to work his magic and it's not even really waiting, because you don't have to go anywhere! He is completely mobile and can come to you. He is based in Santa Rosa and came to me in Petaluma. So accommodating! This van had mold, food stains, mysterious juice stains, and lord knows what else was in there - I saw a dried out grape probably from 2014? HE GOT IT ALL OUT + RESURRECTED THIS VAN WITH HIS OWN BARE HANDS. I have never seen anybody work so thoughtfully and meticulously. I love cleaning myself, but I know this kind of work is only fit for a superhero. The van was a pretty big feat, so it took about the day starting from noon and he was willing to come back the next day for finishing touches. Terrell is a god send. I am so excited to use Nook & Cranny Detailing again and I've already recommended him to all of my friends. I already have plans to reach out again for the other family cars. What a luxury!
