I recently discovered my brand new BMW was faintly coated with some substance, not tree sap. I brought it to Keith for removal. The car was thoroughly washed, clay barred and sealed. I picked it up... I was beautiful, but I noticed the substance was still adhered to my wind screen. I came by the next day at closing and Keith personally worked on the windshield, polishing with a special glass compound and was able to get the substance off. I feel like a dupe and thoroughly ripped off! This place is mediocre at best, and definitely NOT worth $360.00 for interior detail. Went to p/u car and engine was running with the heater on to dry seats, thus wasting my gasoline. Also, was able to absorb brown liquid from the carpet behind the driver seat AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. Not impressed with overall carpet cleaning. This is a HUGE price gouge and the owner is laughing all the way to the bank! Go somewhere more reasonable! read more

There are several packages like for me, I went with from the door jamb in just cleaning only the interior because I beat the heck out of my outback. I'll start with WOW! When you get your vehicle back from Keith it is " Pristine". The man polished the windshield wiper nozzles! I'm blown away! I had my Tacoma ceramic coated on the 5th of this month. I know we had some good rain coming up, I wanted to wait till then to give my review. Rain sheds off my truck like a duck in water. He was able to diminish the oxidation on my hood and roof. It is a lot less noticeable, and smooth to the touch. Keith is a master of his craft. He clearly loves what he does. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to explain the process. Brought my 2004 Accord in because I haven't had the interior touched up in quite some time, and the leather and carpets could use some work from my long days as a food courier. I asked Keith and his team to do the interior package. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work. My leather looked like it did when I first got the car 18 years ago. My windows were immaculate. Carpets looked brand new too. They even did the door jambs, I haven't seen them that clean in some time. The only thing is, I thought he said he would do my headliner and he didn't, but I could be mistaken. It's not in the package on the website, but I could of sworn he mentioned it. Maybe I'm tripping. But regardless, I really appreciate how they truly didn't miss a spot and made the car look so good. Plus the price he said I would pay was the price I did pay, no added tax or anything. We have taken two cars here in as many weeks. My eight year old Honda had alot of hard water spots since I got it four years ago. Another shop had said they wouldn't come out. Not only are they gone but the paint looks amazing. Even my mother in law complemented it. Not something she does much. Then we took in the Mustang. Only had some really light surface scratches but on black they really stand out. Car came out looking better than when we picked it up from the dealership. Ill be taking my truck in next. My brother-in-law took his truck to Pristine Auto based on the reviews. He and my sister were evacuated from the Mendocino Complex Fires and the truck had ash inside and out. He was quoted $290 to have the interior and exterior detailed, with the exception of having the interior shampooed (he has WeatherTech floor mats and didn't need it). He was extremely disappointed with how the truck was detailed. Despite the initial quote including the interior being done, when he returned it wasn't. He was informed that they only "wiped down" the interior. The reason he opted for detailing was to remove the ash. Even then the "wipe down" was disappointing. There was smudges still on his touch screen; none of the cup holders were cleaned; the interior was poorly vacuumed; there was still dirt and debris inside; and there was spot marks from the cleaning spray left on the seats and center console where it wasn't wiped down all the way. To make it worse, when he drove off the lot, his 4 wheel drive was on; they literally wiped across the dash and turned on the 4 wheel drive. The exterior was just as disappointing as the inside. There was still water marks all over the truck; there was still dust and dirt along the window seals; there was still bug marks on both mirrors, headlights and on various parts of the truck; there was still bugs IN the grill, not bug marks, actually bugs still left behind. To give the person he spoke to credit, after being contacted about how dissatisfied he was, he was going to not charge them. My brother-in-law insisted they charge what he thought the detail was worth, and they only charged him $100 on his card. He also left an additional $100 cash tip for the workers. Overall the quality of work provided was not adequate and did not match the reviews we read. Especially when you consider my sister took her car to a different car wash the day before and paid $23 for a wash that looked better than my brother-in-laws truck after a detail that was valued at $290. read more

OK, people. You're looking for a reliable business to spiff up your ride. Look no farther than Pristine. This is my 4th or 5th visit to detail my 2015 Tesla Model S, but this time I had special needs. I had put on racing stripes several years ago (long story) and just removed them. Unfortunately, 4 prominent lines of leftover adhesive and dirt spanned from front to back bumper while resisting my efforts to remove them. I took the car to Pristine and, Voila!, the stripes are gone. What's more, the Tesla looks like it just left the manufacturing process almost nine years ago- BRAND spanking new.
