    Tyler was exceptional to work with! I had purchased the car brand new about six months ago and noticed shortly after I purchased it that it had some serious water stains. I have made a few attempts to get it waxed etc. at other detailers And the spots still were noticeable. I reached out to Tyler and he offered to come by the same day to take a look at it. He did a great job of explaining the process he would use to solve the problem And gave me a very fair estimate. We set up an appointment for the following week and I will tell you the finish looks like glass! He Explained about his rain guarantee and reassured me to call if I notice any imperfections (it was an overcast day so he said take a good look at it in the sun). The car looks better than when I bought it brand new. Thank you Tyler for a job well done and your great communication skills.

    So I went online and made a reservation. I soon got a phone call from a nice lady confirming my appointment. I wanted mobile detailing of a small motorhome, a Mercedes Sprinter van. I picked 10 AM because I wanted it to be a little bit cooler, so that it would be easier on the workers, and it was more likely they would do a better job if they weren't burning up under the sun. A day or two later, I got a phone call from the same lady, asking if the crew could start at 8 AM instead of 10. That was even better in my opinion, because she told me it would take at least three hours at least to "wash and detail" the RV. I thought to myself, "it seems a little too fast for a wash and detail". Even when I get my cars detailed it takes 4-5 hours, if not more. Anyway, I had to move around a LOT of pieces at work, with coworkers, and with clients, in order to make 8 AM work. The lady said I, "had to be home when the detailers arrive". Which was fine with me, because I wanted to find out what their "scope of work" was. I needed to know if they were planning on using wax or some other product. I needed to show them an area to avoid, because it could not get wet yet after a recent repair. I wanted to show them a couple of other things that were very important before they started. 8 AM came and went. I waited around and made multiple phone calls between 8 o'clock and 9:30 in the morning and there was no answer. I went to work and I finally got a phone call from the nice lady at around 1030 or 1045. I told her I was not pleased with having to change my morning work schedule to accommodate an 8AM start. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't know why they were so late, but they had already started the job. I told her they needed to stop! I wanted to talk to them first about what it is they were going to do. (There's a big difference between simply washing and drying of vehicle versus "detailing".) At that point she told me they had already started to wash the vehicle, even though I left a note on the dashboard telling them not to do anything and call my cell number which I wrote down. I told her to call them and tell them immediately to stop what they were doing, because I could not get water intrusion into one of the vents where there was an electrical short previously. She then told me she spoke with them and that they had "already finished the job". "They are done". My first thought was, how many world can they be finished with a wash and "detail" of a motorhome in ONE HOUR? To me, "detailing" always means hand waxing as well. Maybe "detail" mean something else to this company but I never got a chance to ask, because they were an hour and 45 minutes late to the job. To his credit, the owner, who I think is named Tyler, communicated through the nice lady, that I would not be charged for the job, because of all the dropped balls on their part. I was surprised by this, because it's definitely the right thing to do, and so few companies do the right thing! When I got home I expected to see a 75 to 80% clean RV, because they were told to stop working, and really how much can you do in under an hour? Much to my surprise they did a very good job on the surfaces they did wash and dry. This is a very expensive motorhome. It's a 2020 Leisure Travel Serenity. The body is fiberglass and if any of you know anything about fiberglass, it's almost a semi porous material, that really holds dirt if it's not waxed or sealed somehow. That's why boats often looks so dirty. I have taken this vehicle to multiple self service car washes, scrubbed and scrubbed, and could never get the vehicle very clean looking. Always lots of streaks, always lots of grit and grime that could not be removed. I don't know what secret formula this company uses, but in less than one hour I was quite surprised at how clean the RV looked. The job was stopped before they could attack the wheels and tires and a few other black plastic trim pieces etc. but for the majority of the vehicle it was surprisingly clean. I can't believe how clean they got it in one hour and really makes me wonder how much better a job it would be had they taken the full three hours to detail and wax etc. After all the drama and miscommunication, I would definitely recommend this company, Simply because they are using very effective products and were able to get my RV clean in less than an hour!

    Tyler was very professional, and he did an amazing job. I only needed the interior cleaned out this time, however if/ when I need a shine put on the paint I would certainly call his company again. Thanks for a job well done.

    SUPER HERO !!!!! Customer service is #1 in my book, Tyler EXCEEDED my expectation. He went BEYOND and ABOVE for me. My housing gave him a hard time due to the rules of car washing...He was truly a trooper, he didn't even complain about me asking if he would follow me to another location...He took the HUGE decal on my window that was peeling off without charging me. Hands down, he LOVES his job and it shows Thank you so much Tyler...You ROCK!!!!

I got a call from them, like twice, and he said he'd meet me yesterday in person. He asked if the meter charge was posted to my checking account, and could I bring a statement showing it was not just an authorization for the $15.00. So I met him there at 9:30 am as agreed and brought a bank statement. He looked at it, and gave me the $5 in cash. Great service from Rudy. I was impressed. I explained why I sent the initial e-mail I did. So many businesses now nickel and dime customers. And are not responsive at all after the purchase. This is exactly how you lose customers!! We're not always right, but right to "our taste". I will certainly be back there. It's really nice to be able to wash my own car there.

Also as a business owner, you might want to avoid sounding thin-skinned in your review replies. There was no need to be accusatory in your response to my legitimate complaint. I didn't whine about the price hike and honestly, I don't care if you pre-spray or not. Except for the indisputable fact that the cars will come out of your machine dirty if it isn't done. Your solution? Join your club. No thanks. I, and I'm sure a good deal of the rest of the world are growing tired of subscriptions. I posted my initial complaint hoping you'd simply reconsider the pre-spray policy. Obviously you won't even contemplate that, so consider our business concluded. However moving forward, you might consider placing a sign on your kiosk explaining to new customers that your $11 wash will render a car that is only partially clean. As for me, I'll head over to the "big corporate competitor" for my next car wash. Maybe he doesn't do the pre-spray like your higher tier customers enjoy, but I imagine my car will at least come out cleaner than the last few times I've been through your wash. And if I do have a complaint to raise with them, I can be pretty sure whoever responds won't serve their response with sarcasm.

    It's convenient that they have a few places available to wash car, in Santa Rosa and a few other…read moreplaces in county. I also like that they provide microfiber cloths to wipe up excess water and soap. I must say, that now that it's called Luv car wash and not the old place, they are much better at balancing the amount of soap they use so that there are not as many excess bubbles to wipe off the back of your car. Only 3 stars for customer service vs 4 or 5. Often times you go to vacuum after washing ( it's how they have it set up, wash first), but the vacuum spots are all filled up. There are lots of people who come there to vacuum and not wash and many seem not to have paid either. The last time i went i had to let this other guy ahead of me go into vacuum and there were no other spots, accept a handicapped spot. I went to talk to one of two employees, (she was busy selling memberships and had just sold me one; the other employee is helping direct cars into the wash, no one else is there) It turned out he had not washed his car nor paid. She walked over to him, had a few words then just left him there to vacuum. It's not the first time. This was at the college Ave location, but also had this happen at the Santa Rosa Ave location. If you try to call Luv car wash to complain, they don't or maybe hardly ever answer the phone. I called multiple times once and finally someone texted that they would comp me a small discount off the monthly fee whereas the old place (forgot name now!) had much better customer support; if i called, someone answered, and they always had a responsible employee there to talk to, not just a worker who is so busy they can't really talk to you. I think this company is skimping on having quality customer service/ employees. I would like to find another subscription wash place that cares more.
