The Dry Eye Shop is great! I can't say enough good things about them. Their customer service is wonderful. I wish more businesses were like them. There is a great variety of products for dry eye syndrome. Even though they're located in Poulsbo, WA, shipping is fast. A lot of times if I order in the morning, I get my package the very next day. I'm not sure why this place has a low review. I think it's because one lady gave a one star review because nobody could back peddle and cater to her crappy planning of a new years holiday. I originally ordered from this shop online through a third party service to be shipped. When I got the confirmation email, I noticed they were actually just right down the road from me. I emailed them hoping to get the shipping fee refunded and switch my order to a local pickup. I wasn't going to be mad if they couldn't do it, it's not their fault I wasn't paying attention. But, alas, they emailed back like right away, promptly refunded the shipping and I was able to pick it up after work. The gentleman up stairs was nice and told me where to go in the future for any other pickups. I have an old deployment injury to my eye which has left me with vision that can only be semi corrected with a scleral lens. Please, find another reseller of the products you need. I ordered from this business Saturday (12/31) for an order to ship. Yes, they were closed due to the holiday which wasn't the issue. The issue came when I notified them via email (1/2) that I was completely without product (due to an unforeseen circumstance) and that I was legally blind caring for a small child - since the order had not shipped just a label was created PER USPS (and was not picked up until SEVERAL HOURS LATER) - I was seeking assistance (from someone named Ally) from this company in regards to upgrading the shipment so I can get the product faster. I was met with its nothing we can do when -only a label was created - not picked up by the carrier A LABEL. No attempt to contact carrier to intercept package (which carriers do on a daily - no recommendations on how they can resolve the issue on their end to resolve the need) Considering on a daily I engage with different couriers - even if the label was created assistance could have been provided to upgrade the shipment to get it faster OR refunded the first shipment and ordered a second with the overnight fee. I've said all this to say.. spend your hard earned money elsewhere preferably where they care about their customers needs. The wait time to receive is ridiculous and the prices are more than likely inflated since this is a shopify store read more
