I have a monthly order of bandage supplies I have been getting through Cesco. My main issue is they want me to call them 5 days before my perception is due to have them fill it. I feel that they know I need my bandage supplies on the second of each month when the script can be refilled. Why should I have to call for a re accruing order. I would even accept a partial order and the remainder to follow a week or so later. When I run out of bandage supplies my legs get damage from improper bandaging setting my healing back each time. Called today to see if prescription from my doctors office was sent to them for compression socks, called Molina insurance in advance to make sure they would cover the prescription and they said yes I was 100% covered for this item, so first the sales person lied and said no the prescription had not been sent then later told me it had and they voided it. I asked why they voided my prescription my doctors office sent them the sales woman became "Very Belligerent" yelling screaming talking over me becoming completely unhinged calming my insurance would not cover it because some time in the past Molina didn't cover some other customers socks that more than likely didn't have full coverage like I do, I asked if she called to make sure I was not covered she said no and refused to call then went back in her angry rage yelling and screaming again. So bottom line here she poor shamed me since I have state covered insurance cause I am disabled, plus she discriminated against me for being poor refusing my insurance although they said they would cover it just because she did not want to call them or serve me because of my income and ability to pay. read more

Wonderful, very helpful staff - helped with with every part of the process from helping me pick out a walker appropriate for my mom, to showing me how to operate it and fold it, to submitting paperwork to medicare for reimbursement. Can't recommend highly enough!! read more

I was not very impressed. Went there with my elderly mom to get compression hose. Whatever doctor thinks that an 87 year old is going to be able to get on compression hose is another sad story. Regardless the guy looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for compression gloves - these are a must to help pull on the stockings. He didn't have them but suggested rubber gloves. Of course rubber gloves did not work at all. I didn't find him very helpful at all. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten the same type of help. read more

My husband needed a lift chair for after his hip replacement. We had to refuse delivery because his surgery was cancelled due to COVID the day before surgery. CESCO was so nice about it. They took the chair away and brought it back no problem a few months later when we needed it again. They didn't charge us anything additional. They were great about letting us know about delivery and how that would work. Really friendly and great about answering all questions. And great overall. read more

To give them a one star is almost too much. the guy that works there- the older guy... VERY rude and condescending. I told him what I needed. his response.. " are you expecting your insurance to pay for that?" not in a friendly tone or anything. then he acted like I was an idiot when filling out the paperwork. I told him what I needed and that yes, I would like my insurance to pay, as it is a medical supply store. What a jerk. Next person that came in got same treatment. so I was out. Two months ago, my father's doctor advised us to go to Cesco medical to get a walker and a toilet seat. My father stayed in the car ( parked outside the store), and my mother and I stepped inside the store. As soon as we got into the store, a girl right away told us that those items were not covered by any insurance. We stayed a minute in the store looking at the prices and deciding whether or not we should buy those items there. After that, we had additional questions and walked towards an office ( looking for the girl that helped us). Immediately an older man, in a very rude way said ' what do you want' ' no insurance here', he yelled at us. He didn't let us talk, obviously he didn't want the business of two Hispanic women. My mother and I felt so humiliated. We didn't say anything, and walked away. When we got into our car, we realized the same man had chased us to door and he kept looking at our car. We felt totally discriminated and so humiliated. I would not recommend this store at all. Especially, if you are a minority. read more

This company will RIP you off and wont even bill your insurance if their out of network, even with a prescription. I needed to rent a knee scooter and they charged me $75 ($82.80 with tax) for for 1 monrh use for the same brand and model you can buy online for $123 new! They said it was a $400 scooter and that is what I'd be charged if it isn't returned. I could have gottened it next day on amazon and used my HSA, which they would even let me use my HSA card! I didn't want to miss work so I rented it anyway. But never again! If I have an injury again I'll take an extra day off work and buy from amazon and resell it when I'm done using and have it for as long as I need for a fraction of the cost and get to use my prescription and HSA. By the way this the brand is Drive that Cesco carrie's and easy to get online for $123 new and be able to use your hsa or fsa, and prescription! Don't get ripped off by them. Not very friendly staff either. I would have given the a zero if there was such a rating. Only rented there because I felt I had no choice if I wanted to go to work that say. They know this and take advantage of the situation. Very disappointed. read more

So someone, the owner of the business?, reached out to me to apologize for the "confusion," which in itself is confusing as it was as clear as it could possibly be that the person I dealt with (a hired manager?) had no problem with being as unfriendly as necessary to avoid returning any money. I described my experience to Chin and she was not at all surprised, telling me when she had gone there alone he was not friendly to her, either. If I were interested in an apology I would want the person responsible for our shared bad experience to be the one apologizing, but I would find it impossible to believe in the sincerity of such apology from someone who finds it so easy to be so unkind to your customers. Chin will, when she has time, return the rented wheelchair and if we need medical supplies in the future we will know to go elsewhere. The items in question will be donated to a thrift store because the money is far less important to us than being asked to put up with such rudeness and hostility. read more

OK, here is an update on my review. I was specifically told that the item would be available the next day and they would all me when it came in. My husband has a badly injured finger and needed this non-stick gauze right away. They did not call so several days later, my husband called them. He was told that it would take 7 - 10 business days to get the item. So we cancelled the order and went with Amazon. Really too bad because the service on the first call was great but this is totally unacceptable. And now, they called back and said yes, the item is here. The customer service is great here. It's a family owned small business that actually cares about their customers. The owner responded to my emergency needs on a weekend when they were closed to make sure I had the medical supplies I needed after surgery.
