***Update*** We are…read more7 months into living in our home that Derek inspected and provided his inspection report. We finally were able to repair the septic tank that was busted up from previous owners and that Derek failed to alert us that even existed or should have been certified. We have the bottom 4 feet of our stucco peeling off and water damage all over the home, which was showing signs when he inspected. He said the stucco was not completed yet, but we have a larger issue with the foundation and sloping where water is funneling under the home and settling. We had to repipe our entire home after being in it for only 3 months. We had several pin hole leaks, and had 3 plumbers all come in and say we needed a repipe ASAP. the final leak caused us to have to open up the floors and walls in our guest bathroom and bedroom to undergo water mitigation services, it was a 2 month process. Derek did not even mention the condition of the piping in our report.
