The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot.
