After the inspection, we personally identified additional issues that were not noted in the report, which further reduced our confidence in the thoroughness of the service. Based on our experience, we do not feel this service provided good value for the price and would not choose to use this inspector again.

I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. The owner has always been kind and easy to work with, and every technician we've had has been respectful and professional. One thing that really stood out to me recently was when we got a new puppy. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently delivers it. Highly recommend.

Armando and Arturo came out to assess the job and provide with me with a quote. To my surprise, the price was only slightly higher than the regular remediation company. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability. Additionally, they promised me the job would be completed in 1 day! WOW! This would be best case scenario. The office staff was also very kind and helpful with prompt estimate and response time. Today was the day of the job, I was very anxious and worried due to the fact that my parent's house is very old. The job supervisor, two workers and Arturo came out to ensure that everything would be okay! They did a superior job, kept everything clean, taped off all areas and did a great job with containment! Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

Davie, The consultant was such a professional. Upon arriving he e-mailed me the service agreement for review and before entering our home he put on shoe covers and respected our home. I really appreciated that since I have immune compromise children and I don't like it when other contractors enter my home with their dirty shoes and who knows what germs are on the bottom of their shoes from the public restrooms. Their prices on the mold inspection is really low compared to the others. Davie, really took his time to properly investigate the cause of our mold issue. Contacted a few places and VM3 were the first to get back to me, and we were able to schedule something pretty quickly. From the intake process with Nick, to the actual inspection with Jake, everything was straight to the point, clear to understand, and I knew exactly what was going on along the way. I'm not going to lie... getting these tests are extremely stressful, just because you don't know what's going to come up. One thing that I did appreciate was that they are a testing company only, and don't do any post work, so they don't have any reason to tell you that you need more than you really do. I also loved that they gave you all the numbers and prices ahead of time so that you knew what to expect depending on the number of samples they had to take. Because the house is on the larger side with a ton of popcorn ceilings and wallpaper, everything took a little over 90-minutes to complete. Within 48-hours we had our first report with results, and two days after that, a full report with photos was in our email inbox. Jake himself called to make sure we understood what was sent, and was available for any additional questions after the fact. I hope I don't have to go through this process again, but if I do, I'll for sure call VM3. Not only were they super prompt, they were really easy to work with!
