Highly DO NOT recommend. I brought in several items for a simple wash and fold and the duvet cover was returned a total different color (see picture attached). The owner claims that they only use free and gentle detergent... well I do too. I have washed this piece multiple times with NO issues and the one time I use Dryclean USA this is what happened. I tried to get a refund to which he responded "we did the service" and wasn't willing to work with me at all. Disappointed is an understatement and now I have to call my boss to inform them that their custom bedding has been damaged. Just sharing with my own experience at this sh*t hole. When I returned for picking up my pants and shirts, I was told by a receptionist that my stuff was picked up by someone else two days back. I said it's impossible! I asked for helping me to identify the person who picked up my stuff with no success. Basically I was told to f**k off and come back upcoming Monday for checking the cameras with the owner. I responded with calling cops as I considered my stuff being stolen. Only after that the receptionist found my pants and shirts ready for pick up! Really???!!! Not recommended to anyone this place. Woke up this morning early. I was surprised that they were open. Attendant was very nice and promised same day service. That was 7AM. They were nice and even asked if I wanted the tags on my new shirts removed. I said yes. This was pressing service only on clothes I just bought for a party Saturday. Lunch time I received text. Picked up clothes. Two pressed shirts, white linen suit. Approximately $23. Not sure if price was competitive; however, service was. Have to give 5 stars. The worst service i ever got, they are overpriced, and charging fees without letting you know about them. I've been charged $14 rush fee without knowing about it, and picking up the cloths 4 days after dropping them. I had used them for several years for personal as well as the various yachts that I have run. They did an average job, average being mostly good, items back in good time, etc. Their prices are ridiculously high and they used to offer discount if you paid in advance but they stopped that. On a few occasions I received items back missing buttons which they consistently argued about. I then had two separate items completely ruined, expensive sweaters, and they joked around saying I must have brought them in like that. On one the neck was completely torn/ unraveled. Really?!? They never reimbursed any money to me, never offered anything but an argument. Seems to be a pattern. It's a shame that proprietors treat loyal (used to be) customers like that. I will never go back and highly recommend using a different cleaner. read more

amazing! took a shearling coat to be dry cleaned and they treated my garment beautifully. First it was test spot cleaned and then the shop called the manufacturer of their machine just to make sure they were cleaning it properly. Ravi even called me and kept me updated on the coat. The service is by far the fastest, friendliest and best price considering their quick turnover from drop off to pick up. Also, their attention to detail is excellent. Wow is all I can say. I drop off a comforter to be washed and when I picked it up they charged me $47!!! $47 For soap and water? For $47 I would have went down to a river and beat it over a rock and I would have felt better about myself. When I inquired about the price the man stated it was my fault for not asking. The dress basically was a ball of material, you couldn't even tell what or where to press. I called first, long distance, to make sure they could do it and do it fast. I was given the managers name to see when I arrived, I was late he wasn't available. Even though he wasn't there when I arrived I was taken care of and made to feel confident they would do their best. . Personalized service and even finished it faster than expected just incase I didn't like something there would be time to repress it. It was taken care of perfectly before time and exactly how I wanted. I didn't feel the price was out of line for what I asked for either. I've had 2 instances where I've had buttons broken, pants shrunk, and clothing destroyed. I will admit there was an instance where a button on a couple shirts were broken, but what is most important is that they took full responsibility and amended the situation so professionally and quickly.
