Great Dry Cleaners in Plantation. They do my work shirts pretty close to perfect, which is great...I work at J Alexander's and they have a very strict uniform policy. Extra heavy starch, creased sleeves, no bubbles... they seem to nail it 9 out of 10 times... It is a bit pricy for alterations and other dry cleaning needs, but I would feel bad taking my other items anywhere else, because they do such a great job on my shirts which are not even $2 each. read more

This dry cleaner is a fraud! Don't get fooled by average rating with current limited sample size. The owner John Fran and staff named Cindia are shady and full of lies with non-sense excuses when they screwed up customer's items after their irresponsible cleaning services. When I dropped off my almost new Prada designer pants with just an apparent visible small oil stain, the store render Cindia promised to me they will take care of my pants and clean up the stain spot with confidence, without mentioning , acknowledging sing words on their fine prints terms at render of service. However, when my pants dry cleaning were complete at this cleaner, the stain spot was stayed at same spot without any sign of being cleaned-ups/removed. When I questioned the failure of cleaning arrives as store promised at render, the owner John Fran and render Cindia lied with various excuses and denied any of their promises of cleaning services at time of render from Cindia. All they could do was reluctantly to "re-do" and my Prada pants was being fiercely bleached and de-colored and this cleaner still failed to clean up the original small stain of my pants after their "re-do" cleaning of this normal thin cotton fabric pants. My Prada pants completely ruined by this cleaner's fraudulent cleaning business and they not only denied for any penny reimbursement for their cleaning damage on my Prada pants but also refused to refund their failed cleaning services charges. I had been looking for a place to dry clean some suits and dresses and a coworker recommended this place. I was very pleased with Fran's dry cleaning services. The turn around time was quick and I don't know if I've just been going to bad dry cleaners in the past, but one of my biggest dry cleaning pet peeves is when they staple the little papers to the clothes to keep track of them (WHY!?). I was surprised to find that Fran's didn't do this. Instead, they wrap little strips of identifying papers through belt loops or tags so the fabric doesn't get staples through it. The prices were reasonable too, under $10 for a two piece suit or cocktail dress. I'm looking forward to bringing some dresses I've been meaning to have altered there too. read more

Never in my life have I ever considered the need to go to a dry cleaner for my apparel, but the tag on the neck of my costume trench coat insisted it was the only way to be rid of stains from the past 10 years. Searching for the perfect "first" was daunting, as so many cleaners exist that lack strong reviews. Almost 3 blocks away from my apartment, I decided to put my trust in a local dry cleaner that I have passed many-a-time. Situated in the center of cell phones, restaurants and jewelry, the generic "CLEANERS" sign and mom-and-pop feel was a 'tad' unexpected. The old saying "looks can be deceiving" works to the favor of this business, as I later discover. Professionally and happily greeted at the front by (let's call her C), I show her my over-sized, neck-to-floor coat and ask what can be done. A fair fee paid, my seasonal apparel was to be ready in a few days time. Three days pass, and I return for the coat. How they were able to clean the behemoth is beyond me, but they did a stellar job. I can only assume that the one tiny spot on the skirt was the tag of a big and beefy item from Taco Bell, as it was the only thing still faintly visible. Thankfully, I knew this would not come completely out, so it is not held against them. If they did find a way to remove it, this review would be 8 stars strong. While I am one to always do things myself, I am happy that I now have a place to go when my wears need a wash. For those who look at Yelp for reliable dry-cleaning, I say this: Take note. Love them! My daughter didn't find a dress till 3 days before a quince she was invited to and of course it didn't fit right since she is very petite. I searched all of the dry cleaners on yelp closest to me and Frans had the best reviews. I called them up Wednesday at about 5pm and explained my situation and how the dress had to be ready by Saturday morning. They were very accommodating and told me to bring it right in. Upon arriving they were so friendly and understanding and got right to making the marks for the altering. Saturday morning we came and picked up the dress just like they promised. I recently moved to the area, and was in need of a dry cleaner fast! Since I have been in need of a dry cleaner and I had an extremely important business trip, I needed my best shirt, which wasn't in its best condition, cleaned. I called many different dry cleaners in the area, to see if they could take the job, but since I needed the shirt in the next two days no one but Fran's could do it in time, so I took it over to them. When I brought the shirt and showed the woman at the front she essentially gave me the worse case scenario, since the shirt was so bad, and lowered my expectations, they were so low I thought I would need to buy another shirt! But I came back with in the next two days and the shirt was PERFECT!!! No stains, whiter than ever before, and even looked brand new, and this was a rush job on a Alexander McQueen button down. They truly blew me out of the water with their service, pricing, and even how they treated me as a first time customer. I wouldn't just recommend Frans, I will tell you right now GO TO FRANS! Clothes are always ready on time and look crisp. They take extra care not to damage any buttons or collars on my husbands work shirts which I have found to be a big problem with other dry cleaners. I am not able to offer any rave reviews for this dry cleaner. They ruined a very expensive Italian jacket and then had the audacity to deny it. The owner played dumb and did nothing to correct their mistake. She claimed the jacket looked exactly like it did when it was dropped off. It was a different color. Funny, she wasn't even there when it was dropped off. More importantly, our family went to Fran's for several years and had no problem. Bad business on her part. She doesn't care about her customers at all. Pitty, I wonder if she has insurance to cover such mistakes. Perhaps that is why she didn't offer to replace the jacket. If I could give this place NO STARS I would. They don't even deserve ONE star. I took my $450 formal dress that I was going to wear to my best friends wedding the next day to get steamed, and I picked it up to water stains everywhere. Another client was in there and said "it's even on the front, that doesn't look good". Whoever steamed my dress is clearly NOT skilled, and should NOT BE WORKING AT A DRY CLEANER. I walked back in to show the lady the water stains on my champagne dress and the lady said "oh we can't do anything today but you can bring it back after the wedding to have it cleaned for free, but you can try it on here and see if the stains are noticeable" I looked at her and asked if she thought I would even consider coming back. She was even hesitant to give me my $11 back. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place, they have no idea what they're doing. Now I have to go buy another dress and I'm furious.
