In this situation, they could have simply given me the repair price and made more money by doing the repair, but instead, they gave me their honest opinion--the same advice they said they would give their own family. They told me it would make more sense to invest in a new dishwasher rather than repair an older appliance in the condition mine was in. That level of honesty and integrity is exactly what I look for in a company. They were genuinely looking out for me rather than just seeing a dollar sign.
