I put a project out on Yelp to see who would bite and Zach with BIGGS Plumbing messaged me shortly after. He asked for photos and said he could likely guide me through relighting it. I let him know my husband already tried -- and I even had my brother-in-law swing by -- no luck. Zach asked for the year of the unit, explained what he thought the issue was, and gave me a quote upfront. He also let me know he couldn't get to us until late afternoon/early evening, which I appreciated -- clear communication from the start. When he showed up, he had it diagnosed and fixed in about 20 minutes... and it was exactly what he said it would be. We paid exactly what he quoted and our hot water is working even better than before. I also asked about adding a water filtration system. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually recommended waiting since our water heater is on the older end and it would make more sense to do it all at once when we replace it. Nothing about the visit felt salesy -- just honest work, a fair quote, and solid expertise. Looks like we've found our local plumber for life.
