I had a water line above my garage burst after a freeze. Came down to "rain" from the garage ceiling at 6AM. Got the water turned off at the street and started the process of contacting insurance, etc. A couple of the big national companies who were referred by insurance had now idea when they could be out. That wasn't going to work well for me, with water on the ceiling and wall. Then I reached out to DryTime Restoration. All I can say is WOW, at EVERY level. From the first contact with the office to the incredibly quick response and action, I was amazed. I had retired 3 days before the pipe bursting, so I've been around for a while. Have dealt with hundreds of companies in my professional life, and as a homeowner. I have to say, that my interaction with DryTime is in my top 1 percent. Blake was out very shortly after my call, and had the drying process started. They quickly brought out a bunch of equipment and got the area contained and drying. Then came back EVERY day to check on the progress of the drying. With some really neat high tech gadgetry, they were able to see into the wall/ceiling to see exactly where the water had traveled, and also the moisture content as the drying continued. Usually people only write reviews to complain about service, not getting a call back; or competitors trying to dirty the water. Shame. But I needed to take the time to write this... these guys earned a great review. I hope that none of my friends ever have to use DryTime, but I'm absolutely telling every single one of them who to contact if they do! I only wish there were a 6th Star to give them. We were extremely happy with DryTime and specifically Patrick Brown who I corresponded with throughout and did the work. First of all, we had a pipe burst and our awesome plumber came out, quickly made the repair and recommended DryTime because of the quality work he had seen them do after his repairs. DryTime called me before my plumber left and asked if they could come by that afternoon. Truly, that alone was amazing because I was already off work for the day and stressed about the damage. Mold can grow within 24 hours! Patrick came out and fully explained the process to me. He explained that he could start the restoration the next day and started the fans and dehumidifier immediately. The next day he arrived promptly and stayed the whole day until he was finished. Quality and thorough attention to detail is how I would describe his work. He put protection over everything, built a barrier, removed parts of the wall and floor, checked the crawl space, and found a trace amount of mold that he treated too. The fans stayed for a few more days, in which he was super respectful and checked in with me daily so he could come by to check everything. He helped me file the claim, talked on the phone with my insurance agent, came out to meet with a third party field adjuster to give him information and answer questions and gave us the contacts for his contractors who hopefully will be doing the repair work. Since this was the first time going through this process, Patrick was so kind, patient and helpful! Hopefully the rest of the repairs go as smoothly as it's gone so far. Communicating and working with this company has been extremely difficult. They charged way more than what insurance will pay. They voided the check that I sent to them for the amount that the insurance would pay. The billing manager has told me because I have posted reviews about DryTime Restoration that they were going to retaliate by not removing the lien, suing me, and that his entire company was going to post negative reviews about me on every platform (and none of them have had any interaction with my business whatsoever. ) I have spoken the truth from my experience I have in writing from the billing manager, Ben Culley, that he would remove all fees and the lien on our home upon receiving payment for the work. I have sent payment for the invoice they sent me for the work completed. (which included the very large amount beyond what the insurance deemed were reasonable charges.) I will update this review if they remove the lien. I would read all reviews and ALL platforms including BBB prior to working with this company, ask a ton of questions. including verification that the work will be covered by insurance. Be very careful. We are a hardworking middle class family with two kids in elementary school and we were in a very distressing situation with water coming up from our floor boards. And engaging with this company has added immense stress to the unfortunate flood in our home. In a time like that you need a company that cares and is completely honest. read more

We had a leak in the laundry room and the water went down through all 3 floors, including the crawlspace. DryTime rep came, performed bunch of measurements, we signed contract and the next day the house was teaming with DryTime employee drilling holes and installing equipment. The team was very courteous, professional and did minimally invasive work. They did install a lot of machines and the house looked like it was hooked to the Matrix :). Four days later all 3 floors were dry and the equipment was out. During this period I could easily communicate and coordinate with Bryan and Blake, since naturally they had to come and inspect every day while we were out on a hotel. DryTime wanted to deal directly with my insurer StateFarm and I did sign a form when we started the work authorizing them to do so. Unfortunately StateFarm refused to play ball and put me in the middle of the negotiations between them. Nonetheless DryTime worked with me towards a very satisfactory resolution! We were referred to Drytime by our plumber who came to replace our hot water heater. Blake came out the same day and inspected the damages. He even helped us explain the damages that were caused by the water heater to our insurance company. We had to wait over the weekend to hear from our insurance company, but once we did Drytime was out that same day to start the mitigation process. They had great communication throughout the entire process. Once everything was dried out and cleaned, we were happy with how thorough their work was. Fast forward a month and our insurance company all of a sudden denied our claim. We reached out to Ben to ask if there was anything we could do as the bill was out of our price range. Ben, was very understanding and sympathetic about the situation and was able to greatly reduce our bill to a point that it was manageable for us. I loved working with Dry Time for both of my mitigation claims. All the employees there are kind, patient and thorough with the work that they do. I want to give a special shout out to Ben who has helped me tremendously over the last four or five months in helping to fight against my insurance company that was denying me full coverage for a project that should have been fully covered. Ben took the time to guide me through what to write to my adjuster and provide suggestions through out the months in order to get the claim at least half covered. It was a very stressful time fighting with my insurance company and ultimately they denied half of my claim but Ben was kind enough to forgive thousands of dollars that I owed to dry time following partial payment being applied to the mitigation claim. I am incredibly happy with the service I have received from Ian, Josh, and Aris. Around a week or so ago, I noticed water flooding into our crawlspace beneath our house. I scrambled to get someone out the next day and Ian from DryTime showed up only a few hours later. Ian quickly figured out what had happened (dishwasher connection failed), stopped the flow of water, and put some gear in place to save our floors. He and another guy (Aris?) were back out the next day to set up several industrial dehumidifiers to dry the whole thing out and they and Josh stopped by several times since to check on the progress. Every interaction with each of them was incredibly friendly and informative. Ian even walked me through filing a claim with my insurance (a first for us!). While I wouldn't recommend having your dishwasher pour water into your floor, if it's already happening, I couldn't possibly recommend anyone more than these folks. Fantastic service. read more

We discovered a leak at the end of April under our house. It was, as my wife said, "A concerning amount of water sound." I immediately started down the road of, shut water off, take a look at what's going on, and realized this was far outside homeowner/handyman scale repair. called a plumber to fix the leak and got in touch with Dry time through them. We contacted them late on a Friday and they arrived early on a Saturday to inspect, diagnose, and communicate all that was going on. Patrick was very well spoken and clean cut. He brought Cole to help diagnose and start running dehumidifiers where they thought problem areas were. We scheduled that day for a crew to remove damaged material and they were on time and thorough with everything they did. They brought 2 helpers, Matt and Anthony, and my impression was the same for them as it was for Patrick and Cole. I had a very stressful experience with a pipe bursting on a weekend. Nate came over to inspect the damage and explain the cleanup process. He was both friendly and professional. He thoroughly examined the damage and gave me his opinion on how best to fix the problem. He worked with me to come up with a fix within my price range. I felt like he was honest and on my side. Aris Vartanian and Blake from DryTime Restoration were wonderful. They kept me informed about their estimated time of arrival and were punctual. They were respectful to us and to our home, removing shoes and/or putting covers over their shoes. They inspected the site, took photos to explain problems and solutions, and resolved the issue by removing standing water and sanitizing the site. Additional photos were taken once the problem was resolved. Blake's job was to remove standing water discharged from the dehumidifier and sump pump when the technician from Cornel's Plumbing. Heating & Air, apparently dislodged the purge tube, causing water to be discharged under the house. Blake then cleaned and sanitized the entire area. He also removed debris and left over supplies from Cornel's plumbing. Aris and Blake embodied the logo of their company: the right help, right now. read more

The long and short of it is...the pipe behind one of the toilets busted...sheared right off the wall. Water is pouring into the bathroom like I've never seen before. It took a few minutes to locate and shut off the water main; bathroom and surrounding areas flooded in the process. I call the landlord, he ends up calling Dry Time, and they end up sending Mark. I really couldn't be more grateful as the kicker is this happened at what should've been either the end of his workday or his day off because it was Sunday evening. He was able to get to the house quickly and within a very short period of time was able to make a temporary repair that allowed us to restore water service to the house that same night. Their crews were efficient and timely and explained every aspect of the job. They provided valuable assistance in dealing with the insurance company and documented everything. this is my second review! Ricky, Josh, Nate did the demo on my bathroom this week. there were others but I didn't get their names. My bathroom is very small & it's hot in my condo, but these guys worked hard & tirelessly to gut my bathroom. The service that I received from DryTime was absolutely top notch. My adjuster sent out one of their 'preferred vendors' who I won't name; however, they missed tons of mold and water before calling their job 'complete'. It wasn't until my contractor was beginning repairs that they noticed some red flags. They recommended that I call DryTime and I did. They were out quickly and thoroughly inspected my home. They found several areas that the previous water damage company completely missed. They proceeded to get everything cleaned up properly and my repairs were back underway in less than a week.
